Fantastic support from start to finish
We’ve just had our mortgage offer come through and can’t thank Mick enough for all his help along the way. From the very first conversation he’s been clear, patient, and proactive in guiding us through what at times felt like a stressful process.
Every query was dealt with quickly, and he kept us updated throughout so we always knew where things stood. He even liaised directly with the site on our behalf to smooth out details.
It’s a huge relief to now have the offer in place, and we couldn’t have got here without his support. Would happily recommend Mick to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive mortgage adviser.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Hard working dedicated staff. Natalie was amazing. Having had 2 other quotes for other companies (mortgage advisors). Natalie was able to straight away get us over 100,000 more with a mainstream lender. Other companies were trying to get us specialist lenders because of my husband credit.
So glad we went with the 3rd mortgage advisor company without Natalie we wouldn’t have our dream home.

Our experience with Acumen Mortgages has been nothing short of exceptional from the moment we spoke to Keiran on the phone we knew he is the right man for us, he is so amazing, professional, friendly and very helpful from start to finish, Keiran will take all his time to explain to you just for you to understand the process and how it works as a first time buyer with so many questions, he made sure we got the best rate even when it seemed a bit difficult Keiran went above and beyond every step of the way to make the whole experience stress free for us.
