I started to worry about the length of delivery time after ordering, but it was worth waiting for, as it has helped a lot with my Husbands Arthritic neck problem.

I paid £39.99 for this as it was advertised as half price! It’s on many other places for a lot less going down to £8 and on Amazon for £15! I have emailed them asking to return it but they have not had the decency to reply! I paid through PayPal and asking for their advice?

As advertised, delivered within timescale. Getting to know which option gives me best results.

Great wee machine! Really worked on my neck, shoulders & bottom of my back. Pulsating you can have at what ever strength you are comfortable with. Highly recommend this product!

Arrived on time and kept me up to date while parcel was in transit. Easy to use and is great for neck pain. Very light weight.
You do have to look online for the different settings as it just comes with basic instructions but wasn't a problem. It comes with 2 pads that you can place on back or shoulders too. Once you get the right settings for you it works well for the pain relief.

It arrived broken. The seam ripper just dropped out of the package. I messaged straight away with a photo. No reply. My husband has glued it and hopefully fixed it.
Very dissapointed. I bought 2 one was for a present. I hope that is ok as I have passed it on.

The device doesnt work.

They supplied a faulty unit which although it did function it wasn’t as stated. I was willing to use as it was, but whilst dealing with their customer services the sheer dishonesty and frankly utter dross they were willing to tell me to make me go away would ensure my absolute avoidance of this company.

I had an nhs tens but it didnt help much. I like the way this one has different modes. It is also very easy to use. The pads last quite a long time as well. I would recommend.

Brilliant product, but I find the charge is very strong on the left-hand side so I have to adjust it to avoid a stabbing feeling.

I am trying to cancel an order before it is despatched as I have changed my mind since reading the 32% negative reviews. However if it arrives I will have to pay the return postage to PARIS! So beware anyone who is having second thoughts.

I think I overdid things with this and gave myself a really bad neck for well over a week. I haven't used it since but will give it another chance in smaller doses.

This is really good really works on all different modes

I am finding my Acupeo device very good for reducing the pain in and around my neck area. I have also tried it as a Tens machine for my lower back pain, and it does help; however I do find the cable a little short to reach up to my neck area when I need to walk around with the collar on my neck.

Really helped with my back and neck problems. The pads are great also. Great product, have recommended to a friend and they have also bought one from you.

My masarger did not work. I was advised to buy lithium batteries, which are expensive and such advice is not in the operation instructions. With lithium batteries it peeps when switched on but does not activate. acupeo want me to send a video showing this. I cannot do this as the video is not accepted being too long to send. Looks like I have brought a turkey and have lost my purchase price.

It works best for me on number 2 setting looking forward to trying other modes

The Acupeo is easy to use and offers comfort to aches and pains in my shoulders and neck, the aches come back after a few hours but it has reduced the amount of pain killers I normally take. It’s very relaxing and not too expensive.
