Really good product-my neck feels so much better

I have received item unfortunately due to my wife's diagnosis we have been advised by doctor not to use. Acupeo have refused to refund even though it is unused. They are saying due to disease transmission. Only instructions as been opened. This is against the consumers rights act and they will be reported in due course. Please don't waste your money.

The collar doesn't fit right so in order to gain contact you have to hold it in place. The TENS signal is weak and feeble. Although I was assured it was a "massage machine" It is not it is simply a TENS machine and there are far superior items on the market at half the price. Returns not accepted and Customer Service simply blank you when you argue

It has helped very well with my stiff neck - it has worked really well, just using it at night before I go to bed. Just had to find the most useful setting.

A pity there isn't a minus stars for this company ! I ordered a neck massage machine and this company used Evri to deliver it , The parcel was left in a recycle box on the front door step and was consiqently stolen.
Maybe not Acupeo's fault but no sympathy or action from them to recover from the delivery company THEY employed . NO customer satisfaction at all . Do yourself a favour use a different company

Found it hard for a start, no instructions, we are elderly and not brilliant on PC, anyway eventually found instructions on line, trial and error to find the right setting for me, cannot use the neck one, too painful for me, but ok on my husband. I am fine with the pads, find it helps my arthritis.

This has worked for pains I had in the back of my neck and both of my knees so I am very happy with the results and intend trying It on other joints as I am sure it will work just as well on them would recommend this product as it has done me the world of good and the price was also a bonus.

Helps a lot for the arthritis in my hands/wrists, and good for tension in the shoulder muscles definitely worth buying.

Getting the right setting is hard at first as there is no way of seeing how high or low the setting is. When you find the level to suit it's OK though

Very pleased with quick delivery.
Today back of my neck has been agony, I had an op a few years back on my discs, so occasionally my neck hurts.
I used this device for the first time for about an hour trying different settings and how high it goes.
After an hour I took it off and the pain has gone. So I am quite amazed. Thankyou you have to give things ago, so far this has worked.

I criticised this item as cheap and not as functional as advertised. And then I found instructions on line and tried the Tens pads.
Absolutely brilliant. I really enjoy relaxing and letting the pads do the work. Not to keen on the neck appliance but it does do what it says it does.

SCAM!!! please don't order from this company. I ordered the neck and extra pads but when it came it didn't work. I emailed the company and they advised to do what I had already done. I asked for a refund and they said no, very cheap product very dissatisfied the way the company acts towards customers. My husband ended up ordering me another tens machine from a different company and its brilliant and alot cheaper.
