Two staff members at the Birkenhead Store just displayed the worst level of customer service that I have ever experienced. In a time when foot traffic is critical for business, no business deserves staff members like those at the Adidas Store in Birkenhead.
Their rudeness was easily solved; I went to PUMA on the next level down and was served by an exceptional young man who was grateful for the sales he received on a Friday afternoon.

Ordered a mens hoodie on a Monday and it arrived on Friday of the same week. First class communication from order process to delivery. Quality item as you would expect from adidas. Will buy again with confidence from this site. Go adidas team during this difficult covid situation in Melbourne.

Great easy to use site, easy payment system and options fast delivery.

Shame shame Adidas advertising shoes for sale and not having the stock canceled order 3 weeks later but still saying stock available on line and same on eBay please get your act together please

Waiting on a refund since 25th May. Tried to be patient (what with the coronavirus delays), however I have sent multiple emails with no responses, cannot call anybody or even contact someone in messenger chat. I sent my package back instantly, and they received it without issues but I just want my money back. :(

I ordered a pair of ultra boost on the 17th June. I am still waiting for the email confirmation and tracking details. I have tried contacting them but no response because I don’t have a order number.

High quality, one of my favorites when it comes to active wear, good service but bit expensive.

I am still waiting for a refund almost a month later. Phone number is disconnected and no email replies. I’m in shock!

ZERO out of 5 star rating. Do not use their online services. What you read in this forum is true. Their customer service has every perfect excuse to pass the blame like Auspost or coronavirus or holiday period, etc... I've waited for 21 days for a pair of shoes. Still no sign of it. I've raised the issue with my bank for a charge back. Ring consumer affairs if you have to. Exercise your rights. It doesn't make sense to wait over a month for a "Express Post" parcel to arrive from within Australia.

Worst customer service ever. I bought some items from them 2+ weeks ago and they haven't even been shipped. Tried to contact them by phone with no success. In their chat they're useless. Sent an email, no response.
Do yourself a favour and do not order online. They are clearly not dispatching orders and they're just taking your money (look at others' reviews)

What a joke adidas! Do yourself a favour and don’t bother ordering online as they are useless! First time purchasing from adidas online and never again. Sent 3 emails which weren’t answered and rang the 1800 number to get a voice message to call a 1300 number which didn’t even work. Spoke with chat online whom wanted to tell me the Coronavirus is the reason they don’t have a contactable phone number at the moment. The last time I checked you can’t catch the virus over a phone call! What a joke and they expect you to believe their lies due to obvious incompetence. I ordered a tracksuit for sons birthday a week ago yet still waiting to be posted! This company is a joke! Don’t bother with them. Quick to take your money but offer NO customer service and just excuses. Wake up adidas, this is not good business. Will NEVER order from you again.

Order over the internet on the 2 Feb 2020, waiting for 16 days before they can despatch, try to track the item on the 27 Feb 2020 and I can see it sent to the wrong address twice and it shows on the Australian Post that the item now is been delivered in VIC and I live in NSW.
I tried so many before I can speak to one of the customer services over the phone. They need to wait until they get the parcel back to the warehouse before they can issue me the refund, which isn't really fair to me, what if they will never get the parcel back from the wrong address they have sent? Really bad shopping experience, I will never ever go back again!!!!
