DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY! Do not use advanced assessments. I rang them once to enquire about an autism assessment 2 years ago and they havent stopped harassing me with sales emails and messages constantly.

I have since been diagnosed by a more reasonably priced clinic, I asked this company to stop sending me advertisement for them and harassing me as I have a diagnosis now... they refuse to stop, the unsubscribe buttons do nothing, called them to tell them to stop.. they refuse to stop sending me constant adverts for their autism assessments... even though I have had an assessment elsewhere... I am autistic... AND THEY STILL WILL NOT STOP SENDING THEIR JUNK TO ME. STOP IT YOU HORRIBLE UN CARING PEOPLE! LEAVE ME ALONE...

Please dont use an unethical company like this, there are cheaper and more ethical companys around that don't abuse autistic people with spam and refuse to take their data out of their database.

I will be taking this complaint further if you read this advanced assessments... you should be holding yourself to higher standards in the mental health sector!!

Unacceptable...

My experience with Advanced Assessments has been appalling. I cancelled my booking well within the required 7 working days, yet I was told I would not receive a refund. When I repeatedly asked for the terms and conditions they were relying on to justify keeping my money, they refused to provide them. Instead of giving a clear explanation, my emails were ignored or left unanswered.

To make matters worse, after telling me I wasn’t entitled to a refund, they also refused to let my younger sister take the assessment. So they kept the payment while refusing both a refund and any reasonable alternative.

The customer service has been incredibly poor. There has been no transparency, no willingness to explain their decision, and no effort to resolve the issue fairly. Being ignored when you’re simply asking for the policy they’re relying on is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering Advanced Assessments to look elsewhere. There are other providers who are far more transparent, professional, and respectful of their customers.

Excellent assessment and fantastic customer services. As a Neurodiverse customer I found the text reminders and email reminders very helpful. The staff are always professional and willing to listen. Their ADHD reports are comprehensive and excellent value. I would definitely recommend.

I got a quote from them years ago, and they just text and text to get me to book. I've called, I've emailed and they just won't stop.
