so helpful . It wasn't a big sale , but they helped and advise me so I could order the correct size replacement. good for price. I was kept informed at every stage . delivered quickly by royal mail .

Good price and great service
Price was very good for the Redsun R9-750 servo motor and quick delivery. Had a question after I'd installed the motor, about some menu options and they contacted me to run through the issue to sort, which was fast and simple.

Excellent customer service. I was invited to try the Juki industrial machine at the company headquarters in Wrexham. Rhys was incredibly helpful and I have been delighted by the continued customer service. I also purchased two of their specialised sewing chairs.
