The component I ordered arrived a bit later than I expected, but hopefully it will make a difference to our machinist. I did think the postage was higher than I expected. It was a small component and would easily fit through a letter box, why not also have a choice of second class mail? Rather than turn a fairly flat package into an item when I had to be there to receive it. I had to visit my Post Office twice to collect it, counter staff couldn’t find it, it took the manager just moments to find it, hence I didn’t actually receive it until 13th of April.

We do offer free delivery for orders over £200 but unfortunately can't absorb the postage costs for smaller orders. We only offer tracked delivery options rather than second class postage to ensure full traceability and insurance in case of lost or damaged parcels. We do appreciate your feedback and will be discussing alternative options.

Thank you for your feedback, I've looked into this with our team. The image on the website page for the item you ordered shows all the parts that are included. They are securely bagged up inside a box, and all were accounted for in the pre-postage checks when they left our site. The washers you have said are missing aren't listed or shown as being included with this product. Our team reached out to explain this and ask if anything else was missing, but as of yet we haven't heard back from you. Please get in touch to let us know if this is the case so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

Outstanding service from start to finish.
The customer service at AE has been excellent.
The team at AE are genuinely knowledgeable industry professionals These are not pushy salespeople and that really makes a difference.
We don’t really write reviews… So when we do.. We do it because the company has made an impact. We need a great level of understanding when it comes to production methods ensuring we purchase something that will optimise our manufacturing not just increase our balance sheets.
They took the time to answer questions and were incredibly helpful throughout the process.
We recently purchased two new machines from AE and the whole experience has been seamless (excuse the pun). From delivery and installation to having a reliable point of contact and ongoing aftercare, the support has been first class.
Companies like AE are rare in the UK. Highly recommended.

Slow to respond to email enqs.
Once I managed to communicate with somebody, I got the information I needed and it was delivered safely and is exactly what I wanted and needed.
My one criticism would be slow to respond to email enqs and provide regular updates. I got the information I needed by chasing them.
