the part had to come from China which I knew would
take about 6weeks. I was kept informed every two weeks on Its delivery .Can only thank your staff especially Mark for the service I received will

My recent order
I found the website for AE Sewing Machines easy to use and they had the oil I required for my machine, I also ordered a few other items that I required. The only problem I had was when I went to pay for the order it said we do not send to your post code, which is the Isle of Man, so I had to have the items sent to a friend who lives in the UK, then he had to resend them over to me, the items were well packaged and were sent out quickly and were delivered to my friend the following day, which I think is really good service. I would have no problem recommending AE Sewing Machines to anyone who hasn't used them before.
