After I purchased a Juki industrial machine, Ryhs was the one who answered my questions. He was lovely. At that point, I determined that I would require a second machine, this time a cylinder arm also from Juki. Rhys assisted me with my questions once again and went above and beyond to meet my needs. There was a slight delay because the machine had to be ordered from Holland. Oh my goodness, Ryhs was so apologetic about it and added a sewing chair £130 to my order for free because of the delay as a compensation. When I enquired about drop down guide, Rhys knowing that I was a bag maker already included this guide in the machine like he was reading my mind !! Both worth at least £50 each. What an excellent intuitive approach, I never come across anything like this before.
Then he and his brother Josh personally delivered both machines to my house. I've learnt that it's a family business and I'm not surprise since they gave the impression that you were speaking with a friend not a business owner person. They were both incredibly supportive and helpful. They also added an extra lights for each machine, another £40 each for free.
The customer service and care were so excellent that I felt like I had known Ryhs for years.
AE Sewing did an excellent job, and I heartily recommend them. It was a delight to meet them both in person, and I am grateful for everything they have done for me. I have nothing but praise for them! I sincerely appreciate everything they have done for me, even cutting a table in half to meet my demands.!! What an incredible family firm !!

Having retired after years working around the the World and Offshore, I decided that it would a great idea and keep me going, to renovate a small old yacht to a high standard and go back out to sea. One of the tasks is to fully reupholster the yacht but the old singer sewing machine I have really struggled going through several layers of my chosen fabric. It came to me that I needed an industrial sewing machine and after hours of research I decided that the JUKI 1181 N was the machine to buy. Further searching, I found exactly what I wanted with AE Sewing machines, and they would actually deliver to Northern Ireland free, fully assembled and tested. 👍. I instantly ordered. However, he following day, I realised that I should have ordered the Piping and Zipper feet for this machine, so I added what I thought were the right items. How wrong could I have been , I didn’t order the right feet, in fact, almost my whole order was wrong!! An hour later, I received an email explaining that the item that I had ordered were incorrect but not to worry, it would be sorted out. Thank you guys. Today, 20th June, everything was delivered in perfect condition. The JUKI is amazing, a true industrial machine that I know will fly through all the tasks that I have planned. As for the feet and other extra’s, they are a perfect match. If you are a professional or an absolute beginner like me, then talk to these guys, because they know their product and offer a great service. 😊 5 stars to you and you deserve it 👍

I bought a drawer for the table of an industrial sewing machine table from this company. The drawer came with runners which is perfect. All in all excellent. I recommend.
