No scent from the candle
I bought my partner a couple of candles from here for Christmas but she’s lit one of them today and there is no scent from it whatsoever. It just smells like wax from an unscented candle. I am very disappointed as these are not cheap candles and the reviews were good.
Overall the site was easy to navigate and the shipping was good but the product I got was completely useless. For the money spent I didn’t expect this at all and now have a very disappointed partner.

Great customer service and fast delivery
Placed my order on Friday morning, received the confirmation emails from Avery and DPD on that afternoon saying the order has been shipped and await for delivery. Received my delivery on Saturday morning. Very impressive service. 5 stars to the customer service

I was amazed at how quickly my order came. Ordered Thursday & arrived Friday. It was safely packed and contained 3 lovely candles. They smell beautiful. Very happy.

Easy to navigate website
Easy to navigate website. I sent an email about refills for the pot. I particularly like the Nordic Cedar fragrance. The pot is a beautiful shape and colour.

Persian Rose is cloying and terribly sweet
I have bought many different Aery candles over the past couple of years and loved them all for their beautiful and strong fragrance and high quality.
I decided I wanted a diffuser: I wanted one with the pretty ceramic holders and settled on Persian Rose. I also bought the matching candle. Unfortunately I loathe the fragrance! I find it sickly sweet and cloying - this has never happened before. I generally love strong perfumes but this is unpleasant and artificial smelling. This is very disappointing, especially as I bought the candle too.
