The consultant was knowledgeable, sympathetic, and prompt in coming up with three potential Home Care providers for us to consider, along with some brief reasons for. We interviewed two of those, along with a couple of others. In the end we selected one of the providers recommended by Aged Care Choices, and are happy with our choice.
