He informed us to what needed to be replaced and what problems may occur, fortunately these didn’t occur. He serviced and cleaned the hot tub and can’t wait for it to heat up and start using again. Kieran was polite, informative and would have him back anytime to service/ repair our hot tub. Many thanks.

I have now Owned my Arctic Spas tub for 9 years. Apart from an initial hiccup when new (all fixed promptly under the warranty) It has been pretty faultless during that time and is working as well now, as the time it was delivered and installed. The quality has been amazing. The team at Hartlebury have been brilliant. They have been able to give me advice and support during my ownership. Without doubt, Arctic Spas offer the most advanced, lowest maintanence and reliable tubs on the market today. Easy access all round, not filled with useless foam, easy to move around, the tech list goes on and on. Don't get me started on Spa boy! Silly name but the best thing since sliced bread! No more worrying about chemicals and levels, it is truly amazing! Why would you have anything else? My latest visit was just for salt and as usual, I was greeted by Clare who is truly an asset, we had a nice chat and I made my purchase. No hard sell, just sound advice. I am currently thinking about upgrading to a swim spa, when I feel the time is right, I will be returning the the only people I trust, with the best products. Been dealing with the Warrington showroom and direct with Head Office since we moved into our new house 2 years ago. Was fully serviced following neglect by the previous owner and very happy. Technicians were very knowledgeable and always on time. Sales also very helpful.
At the first visit it was identified that the tub was inaccessible on 3 sides due to its position and that 2 engineers were required to pull it out if access was needed. Going forward at service calls/water changes, it was identified how many engineers were required for each calls by technical/appointment maker/me.
The most recent visit (March 26) to replace a probe that was causing high chlorine, resulted in a single engineer being sent - the appointment was aborted and re-scheduled. The engineer did tell me that he knew two engineers would be required before he travelled so should really have re-arranged.
Unfortunately, to schedule another visit they wanted to charge an additional call out and travelling fee of £156 which I disputed - was basically told by the Director that 99% of their service appointments only need one engineer and it wasn’t up to them to know that two engineers were required! He disputed my version of events (even though I have all the email threads) and fully refunded the cost of the new probe plus the call out fee (£416) “rather than drag it out”.
I explained my position and offered to pay for a 2nd visit with two engineers (£516) to get the problem sorted but was told we should go our separate ways!
I’m now left with a hot tub that was bought from one of their retail outlets that they’re refusing to service. Terrible service.

Heath was the engineer who came out to us when our Lunar packed up at 10 months old.
It took him nearly three hours to
Identify and fix the problem and his tenacity was awesome. 11/10 to Heath Thankyou.
My only gripe was having to pay an £86 call out charge for a warrenty job.
10/10 overall due to Heath getting 11/10.
