Changing bookings
Had an issue that I was finding difficult to resolve. Was concerned about cancelling original booking, but after talking to the representative and getting a detailed explanation problem has been resolved.

I found this site very easy to navigate and inclusions were clearly spelled out - e.g unlimited kms or otherwise, extra named driver, standard insurance plus daily cost for full insurance cover which we chose to give peace of mind. Rating scale of 9.1 gave added confidence. Felt that it was easy to find enough info to make a decision and proceed quickly to payment.
