Communication was excellent

Communication was excellent. Shipping was prompt. Dehumidifier is exactly as advertised and works perfectly. Holds humidity in our basement at a preset 45%.
Would recommend this company and Alorair products.

In reference to the review I left

In reference to the review I left, I have to take it back. There were a comedy of errors, miscommunications, phone system issues, etc. Air Sanctuary in fact did respond to and handled my issues. Again, after some confusion and manufacturer logistics problems, the Mr Cool system is working fine for hopefully many years to come!

Little confusion, but all was well

Received package in good shape. Did not receive item was shipped email. Since the item was shipped from manufacture and not vendor, there was some confusion whether I had received it. the service who is picking up my mail did not recognize the name I gave them, so they did not know the package delivered. after an email to the vendor, The package was identified in my mail. Thank you for your assistance.

Website said 2-5 business day waiting…

Website said 2-5 business day waiting for the item to ship. But I am still waiting for shipping details while materials from another company has already arrived. Called air Santuary and was told will be called back but never did. I cannot wait weeks or months for back ordered like other things. The item is needed within the time period or someone needs to tell me to cancel and I get the item someplace else and not wondering when the purchase material gets here.

Good place to buy.

I ordered my DIY Mr Cool mini split and hanging bracket from air sanctuary. The mini split came in a relatively short period of time, but there was a unusual delay on the bracket. Being in touch with air sanctuary, they looked into the problem and did their best to correct it. I feel their solution was very fair in getting it all solved. I was pleased, and would do business again with these people

Daniel, we sincerely apologize for the way your order was handled. We did send a shipment tracking email to you on September 29th that you may have landed in your spam. Your order was coming from two separate warehouses, and we apologize for the mistake made by the warehouse. We even paid to cover expedited shipping to rectify the situation, and unfortunately it looks like they shipped it ground. We will not be using that warehouse any longer to fulfill our orders, but we take full responsibility. Again, we sincerely apologize for the delays and inconvenience this has caused you. We will be refunding you the cost of the bracket in your order. We wish you the best of luck for your surgery.

Not trust wordy . I booked an in stock furnace, they take the payment . A week later they asked extra 200 buxs for the same unit. Not a way to do business

Dear Mr. Dyman, thank you for your feedback. Once again, we do apologize that our backend systems were not able to update in time to reflect the real-time inventory changes on our website. Our systems can sometimes be slow to update. Due to new state laws requiring air conditioning units to be more environmentally friendly and efficient, many brands are undergoing changes and have limited supply of the older models of their units. Goodman is no different, and unfortunately has been discontinuing older models to release more efficient ones in their place. These newer more efficient models do come with a higher price tag, which is unfortunately not something that we can control. It was not our intention to mislead you, we had limited inventory and we could not secure you a unit. We offered a model that was a newer in stock alternative or a complete refund, which we immediately provided once requested. We hope you have a great rest of your week.
