Ordered kinky curl hair, went swimming. My hair is one dreadlock.... it is awfull. Normally with real hair you can brush it.... not this hair. Its worse than synthetic hair.... please don’t buy it. Wish I could post pictures... you won’t believe it! I have heard the straight hair is ok, but the curly hair was awfull.

Originally I found Airy Hair just by searching around on google and reading reviews. I really like how I could customize my order, and that's what initially sold me. I was so impressed with the quality I had to order again! My last hair order (from may) is still in great condition actually, I just wanted to try a new extension method. I also had some questions and concerns about the timing of my shipment, and the customer service was EXCELLENT! I received prompt replies, and assurance. 100% will continue to order my hair from airy hair.

I am a hairdresser and these extensions are a great bang for your buck! No the quality is not as great as Cinderella, or hothead, they are however priced accordingly. They did not matt or tangle on me, nor did they shed. I was extremely satisfied for the price I paid. I have been wearing extensions for over 10 years and have tried the cheapest to the most expensive. You get what you pay for and airy hair is great for brides and anyone else in a pinch. I will order more, and pass the savings on to my clients. I but the wefts and microlink them in. I also keratin them to get a few more months out of them! I give them 2 thumbs up! By the way that is airy hair in my picture and I am a mermaid. I swim in salt water as offer as I can. I am brutal on hair extensions, but airy hair was able to keep up with me so definitely I am going to order more! I also instructed my bride client to order some as well for her wedding and honeymoon! Thanks airy hair!! Love you!!

I have tried AiryHair in 2015 and it was great, in 2017 I had one bad experience and decided to switch things up a bit and look for alternatives.
Few months ago i got email about their improved 2018 line and I must say, these are what made AiryHair great, superb product and original quality.

The hair wasn't bad, but the size of the beads was too large, that my hair salon said it wouldn't look good in my hair and you'd be able to see the beads. That's not a huge deal as I was just going to return and that would be the end of it. The company said they'd pay for my return shipping back. When I asked the post office for tracking number, they said it would be 55$ for mere tracking to China, and the shipment was just around 15$. I knew the company would not want to pay $70 to get hair back that I was only charged $65~ for. So I stuck with the $15. Sent pics of the receipt and the package right before it shipped out from USPS. On May 24th, I shipped it out. I checked in every 10 days as they said to check in on the return status. Every single time they ask for the tracking number, in which i'd respond, repeatedly, I didn't get a tracking number because it would have costed more than the value of the actual hair extensions... It is now August 22 and still no refund. It seems they do not want to return my money back and not much I can do about it except vent on reviews.

“I have been ordering micro loop extensions from AiryHair for several years and I must say that though the customer service is good, the quality of the hair just keeps getting worse and I hear the same excuse over and over "We are trying a new supplier. So sorry, we;ll send you more samples to try". I must say that after spending $500.00 plus per order for Double Drawn, Premium Remy, each order is is less and less a quality product with the same excuse and I cannot except this same excuse anymore.
If you are looking for hair that is not "Real" 100% human (they experiment with like-human hair products, Yaky quality and less than what you are paying for, then you can order these. Mine never last past 30 days and I am extremely careful with them. The beads are bad quality and slip hair, the ends of the hair are burnt and the hair smells horrible (acid wash) and the hair is NEVER the color I order. I deal a lot in #2 Dark Brown and the hair comes in a #4-6, Medium Golden reddish brown.
If anyone else has a USA supplier that deals with quality 100% HUMAN hair, please let me know. I will be switching suppliers. Thank you”

We are one of the largest sellers of hair extensions in a region with our own store, retail and e-commerce. The hair extensions that we have been supplied by AiryHair are beyond the competitors. There is occasional lemon here and there but the consistent quality and customer support that always a supports returns / exchanges can't be matched.
I cannot tell you how many suppliers we tried, it cost us tens of thousands of dollars in expenses. All start with great hair and go downhill few weeks down the line. I personally like AiryHair for consistency of quality extensions and ability to have any color variation hair.
I do not share the sentiment of other reviewers that have had a different experience.
I really love these tape in hair extensions they are thick and soft the tape lasts. I have straighten the hair curl the hair and 2 month's later it still feel soft and feels the same as the day i put it in, the hair last a long time, I have had some really bad tape in hair extensions they never last the others would get frizzy and sheds a lot and Knots up a lot, I was going to give up on hair extensions untill i found Airy hair extensions, and for a reasonable price yay. Shipping does take a long time that's the only bad thing that I have to say about them, it does come from China. It takes about a month for the hair to arrive.

I have been working with airyhair as a wholesaler for close to 5 years and almost all my clients are left happy. They helped my business expand and I am glad that they provide with the wide selection of hair that people love. The not so good thing about airy is production time, if you get custom hair it takes 3-5 business days, which if it could be reduced would be awesome. Recently I also returned the batch of unopened hair as client changed her mind on color, they refunded my account and helped me to not take a loss.
when I arrived my extencion with the keratin were beautiful, after I applied and washed them began to be frizzy and to form the nodes I deprived so many extencion and these I must say are the worst especially because I can not remove now the worst purchase

I cannot believe some of these reviews, the customer service has been the best. Always replies in few minutes (seriously) and no issues with hair. Around ten orders placed.

I am not new to the hair extensions world and know my hair, even learned to install keratin tips myself with little help from my friend. I could not even name half of the brands that I tried before settling with airyhair, from the big names we all know to cheap Chinese sites selling hair for ridiculous prices, none of the hair held as long or she as little as airyhair. I don’t even get the premium option, just double drawn tips and that’s it. On average they last me around 7 months.
The worst customer service ever. I had problems with their product and they did not listen to what my problem was.
It caused me to lose all my hair. Their products are not government regulated like in the USA where the government has health guidelines.
They blocked my emails and used profanity in writing. I have never had such an unbelievable experience coming from the USA where the customer is treated with respect at the very least. They are the worst customer experience ever. They are a Chinese company with the worst customer service ever.

Always responsive and always helping, customer support is why I went with airy. The price and quality are fair, it is now my only hair supplier for the salon. I would say that around 3-4 out of 100 hair sets that I get are damaged (not sure if by shipping company or indoors) so this could explain some of the reviews. Anyway, I just ship these backs and get replacements for free, never had an issue.
I need to thank airyhair as they always allow me to customize my hair, for blonde color hair with dark brown beads. At other place i can only choose what they have and offer but ah just gives me more options, 4* because custom orders take 6 days to finish, that I think is too much. Quality is great, never had issues.
