Im so sad about the bad bad quality of this hair. It practically ruined my summer.Its like steel wool after 1 month and half of it is gone! it cant even be brushed! Im ashamed of going out like this and I try to hide it under a cap. Ive bought hair from MANY companies but this one was the worst. I want to warn others from buying hair from this site cuase of the bad quality, bad bad bad.

I am so sad about airy hair! The first month was great and then they started shedding more and more. I would say half or less is left. When I order my hair it took three weeks to arrive even with expedited (which was $30). I ordered two packs of 24 in #60

This was a no brainer buy for me. I checked 4 companies and none of them were replying to the negative reviews but airyhair, which shows that they stand behind the product. Also, much cheaper than anywhere else. Got my 2 packs of micro loop hair, paid for a professional installation and could not be happier.

The hair I received from Airy Hair was absolutely terrible quality. I purchased the plantinum blonde I tip extensions because I was trying to save some money and it’s hard to find customizable colors and root length. I read both good and bad reviews about Airy so I was not sure what to expect but I completely regret it now. I have been wearing a variety of hair extensions for about 7 years now so I know quite a bit about them. Because the hair is platinum blonde i expected some slight damage but this hair was extremely processed, brittle and TANGLES like crazy. I’m DEVASTATED each time I brush my hair (with the proper brush) that 1 or 2 extensions fall out including MY OWN hair :( inside the bead. And no it is not the way my hair was put on. I have been going to my stylist for over 5 years now and this has never happened. I’ve had these Airy hair extensions in for about a month and 75% of them have fallen out. I really wanted to like this company, but I feel completely betrayed.

What you are saying is not correct. I did not dye the hair again. All I did was use purple shampoo and conditioner in the shower. It’s called toning. So please do not try and blame the toning for the extremely tangly and brittle quality of your hair.

This hair is TOP quality! I have ordered from several different companies and paid a wide range of prices. Airy Hair is the perfect balance between quality and price. I first ordered the hair sample color ring because I have ordered the wrong color before and returning is too much of a hassle. I could tell just from the color ring that I would be thrilled with the actual hair when I ordered the real thing. I’ve used keratin fusion and tape ins, so this time I decided to try the nano ring so I could attempt a DIY installation. Airy hair offers double drawn Remy hair and the color match is precise. Their customer service is on point too. I received my hair but didn’t receive the extra nano beads I ordered so I contacted customer service. Within an hour they replied and resolved my issue by sending them out with my next order exactly as I requested. Great company and highly recommended!

I purchased airyhair last month at the beginning of March. The order screen promised it would be shipping in 6 days and I will receive the shipment in up to 15 days. This week is my wedding and I have contacted the seller MULTIPLE times to stop my shipment that is STILL in China for a month now!!!! They refuse to stop my shipment and wants me to get the order delivered to my home in the US and then wants me to SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA for a refund. I have opened a dispute case on PayPal and now they are saying something totally different than when I contacted the seller the first time. They are saying that "shipping is not preferred" when I placed the order. If shipping isn't preferred why would I buy from them???? So now I am out $200 and no hair for my wedding this week and I am so livid. PLEASE BEWARE. And since I can't reply to Airhair I am editing my response. I do not want "free hair" from your company. I have been asking for 2 weeks to stop my shipment. I had to go to a local store and purchase my extensions yesterday and I have the receipt. I do not want your extensions!! My wedding is in a few days, and I have no need for the hair after my wedding. This company is pathetic for thinking I want " free hair" after contacting this company MULTIPLE times in MULTIPLE ways to stop my shipment from leaving China and me paying for the shipping costs back to China and losing hair to get a refund of $120.

This is great quality hair! My hair stylist was really surprised by both, thickness, great color and quality. For those debating between expedited shipment and regular, get expedited. It is just a little extra, but you get your product so much faster! I ordered my first set on February 26th and got it only a month later (due to Chinese New Year holidays). I am sure it takes much less time for regular shipment under regular circumstances. The owner was very nice and answered in details all of my emails inquiring about the status of my order. My next set was ordered via expedited shipment and I can't describe how happy and excited I was to get in mail just in a week since my order was placed!!!
Also, for those who are getting tape-in hair extensions for length, I would suggest getting 2 packs (40+40). I ordered only one pack the first time around, which ended up not being enough (and I have pretty thin and fine hair). If you are getting hair extensions for volume only, then just one pack of 40 should be ok.

I wish I got express shipping as it only takes 2 biz days to deliver instead of free, which is at around 10 days. Can't complain when it is free but still.
The hair is gorgeous, my previous set lasted 7 months and I just got a replacement, same quality, smells really good, really soft and softer than my own real hair.
Longtime customer here, been buying in big quantities for 4 of my salons for probably over 8 years now (yes, that long), and here's a thing, their hair is great, tested and proven multiple times. I see a lot of customer support reviews and as long as you are not using curse words or abusing their support, they will be very kind to you. My now fired coworker did this mistake and sent them multiple emails with threats (because 1 package was missing). They offered a full refund or rush delivery for free, which is a sign of good support. She kept telling about multiple bad reviews if they don't speed it up asap. At that point, I had to work really hard to gain their trust again.
So basically, as long as you are reasonable and allow them to work in your favor, fix all, etc. they are great. As soon as you start the "blackmail thing", which seems to be a growing trend these days, they will no longer accept your orders.
So -1 start for that, but it is their decision, and 5 stars

I ordered my loopextensions on the 28th february - after asking so many times where my order is I got the reply, that is it finally shipped, but tracking number is still missing.
I'm a really sad, I really thought it would go faster...
I hope I will get my hair in march, i really need it and have an appointment at the barbershop, to apply them.

I, like others, googled hair extensions and came across Airy Hair. I was drawn in by the price, which is cheaper than most others. I made my purchase on Febraury 2nd, paid extra for expedited shipping, and didn’t receive confirmation that they had even shipped until March 8th. When I contacted support I was informed that the entire factory was shut down for the entire month of February due to the Chinese Holidays. I understood (as it plainly said so on the website) but it was still a huge inconvenience as I had to have them sooner and ended up purchasing another set from a US based company. I received my hair today and am a little disappointed with the quality. The clips are rather large and bulky, and I purchased a set of 18” 200g clip ins and they feel rather thin. Hoping when I wash them they will bulk up. The color is gorgeous though and overall I’m content with the order.

Well I actually love their hair. Just when I order I am given the wrong order. First time ordered tape ins got the micro beads. Then the second asked for 20” blond tape ins, receive 15” clip ins. I guess they sent my hair to someone else and I have her order quite annoying especially when you have appointments made each time and then cancel last minute and had to pay a booking fee with my hair stylist.
I bought 15 rollers for home use and I’m pretty satisfied with the items. The curlers are very easy to use and put on. I like that there is a clip that holds them in so I don’t have to use any additional clips. They feel pretty comfortable on my head so I don’t mind leaving them in for longer periods of time. the rollers have a nice grip on the hair so they stay in place. I didn’t experience them falling out or anything. The curls look fancy, like they were done by a professional.
I have accidentally bought the wrong color hair, which put a lot of stress on me since the tape in extensions were supposed to be installed before my sister's wedding. The person named June was really understanding and sent me a correct color via express for free, which arrived on time! Old hair was returned, I have covered shipping, which was fine.

This is a review for wig that ah claims uses same hair as extensions. I have got myself a set of 160% density full lace wig with a color of #1B, 22 inches. Compared to other stores, I would say it is around 30% cheaper depending on spec but the quality of sewing and hair softness has been above and beyond what I have expected. Three months of usage and it is still holding great, no complains, ordered on Wednesday evening and got item on Monday. Super happy with the experience.
