Immaculate products, unmatched care for every piece I’ve been sent…kind conversation to understand what I’m looking for, willing to take pics of things I might like…Andrea has “held my hand” through some of my purchases like a trusted friend while I’m shopping her store. I’m moving all the time so she’s flexible with address changes, and I know beyond a shadow of doubt that my leather will come quickly once it leaves Denmark and is one its way! I need to be prepared and plan my purchases in a timely manner because sometimes Denmark has holidays I didn’t know about…I love there is rest built into their culture, it challenges the “get it right now” mentality so prevalent in our gigabyte-age of instant gratification! Andrea is very clear in her timing of shipments and states these things up front when purchasing…my impatience is merely an excitement to receive the lovely leathers so beautifully depicted on her store’s website.

I have been getting my premium leather from Andrea for 3 years now and I must say that she and AleatherStore has never failed me. She ships me the best cuts and always extends a helping hand in the leather choices, options for pricing and suggestions for my product lines. She would also go out of her way to answer me back even though it is past office hours. I have always received my items on time based on what we have agreed. I understand that with the many clients they have, I anticipate that and order my items based on that timeline to get to me when I need it. And most of all, her generosity is second to none. We've used Aleatherstore as one of our primary leather suppliers for over two years. Their prices, offerings, and responsiveness to our needs have been terrific from the start. Andrea has been helpful several times with order details or changes. The free splitting option is great. We order a little early in order to plan for processing time and shipping across the Atlantic. No complaints, only praises so far for us!

My experience with this store has been very disappointing. I’ve ordered from them four times, and only once did they ship on time; every time, I had to write to them to find out when my order would be shipped. Once, they forgot to include everything that was supposed to be in the order. Now the same thing is happening again—their shipping timeframe is 2–6 days, but I’ve been waiting for 9 days and still nothing. They change the status to “shipped,” but the courier service hasn’t received anything—meaning they’re deliberately dragging their feet. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but if you’re short-staffed, you’d better hire more people because, due to your negligence, I have to make excuses to my own customers. That’s why this is my last order from this store. I don’t recommend this if you’re making items for sale, because at some point you’ll find yourself losing a customer because of an unreliable supplier!

Where do I even begin? Andrea operates on a completely different level. From the first message, it was obvious I was dealing with a business owner who actually cares — not just about the sale, but about getting it right. Questions answered fast, details double-checked, and extra effort thrown in without me even asking. The double shoulder I ordered, Black Pueblo, as gangster as Andrea!

And the shipping? Unreal. I’ve had slower Amazon Prime deliveries. I barely finished tracking the order before it was at my door.

If confidence, professionalism, and execution were a crime, Andrea would be running the whole operation. Top-tier service, lightning-fast delivery, and someone who listens and delivers every single time. 10/10 — absolutely coming back for more.

I was really impressed with my recent order from A Leatherstore. Andrea was extremely helpful and the leather shoulder I received was perfect. The free splitting service is a godsend, and being able to get hold of solid brass hardware is great. Prices initially look more expensive until you realise that they include VAT, which is great because you don’t have to mess around with paying extra on arrival. I’ll be switching to A Leatherstore from my previous supplier going forward.

The owner is super helpful and their product selection is broad and of supreme quality. Every piece of leather that I've received has been completely flawless. Couldn't praise this store more, it's by far the best leather store that I've dealt with.

Aleatherstore.com has my highest recommendations. I have just received my order, and as always it is on time, securely packed and I just love the handwritten note as a personal touch.
At Aleatherstore I have bought premium tools, leathers and hardware – everything at the highest quality.

I've been working closely with Aleathersore for a few years and it's definitely the best leather sport I've worked with. The variety of leather is insane and everything they have is of supreme quality. Literally everything they sell is of premium quality for affordable prices.
The service is great for a couple of reasons. First, they offer a free splitting service which is rare. Second, they always deliver and fast and third, the owner of the shop Andrea is very responsive to shy questions, advice you need. I recommend this shop to any company, brand or hobbyist that loves leather and leather crafting.

I placed an order for 570 € of leather and goods early December and one week later I had not received any update concerning it; so I kindly contacted the shop to plan delivery, as Christmas approached and our company usually closes for the holidays. I received an answer, asking me if any splitting was required, and I answered that this was not the case. Four days later I received the parcel on Dec 23rd but the most expensive leather (Zermatt) was missing. I immediately contacted customer service asking if the Zermatt was to be sent later. They acknowledged the fact that the Zermatt was misplaced in their shops waiting for splitting and ask me to confirm the address, which I did once our company went back from Christmas holidays… To this day (mid February) I have kindly sent two reminders but those have been ignored, nor have the Zermatt been sent to me.
After I wrote an opinion in Trustpilot, I've got immediate answer, the owner apologized and sent the Zermatt and refunded it.
The store has first class products that deserve first class customer service. Hope this was just an isolated incident. I will come back and report my experience again. Thanks also to Trustpilot.
