Professional in every sense
Initially got the wrong ring size. Emailed their customer services who were very very responsive, sent the ring back for an exchange and received it in double quick time. Exceptional and professional
Customer service and a beautiful ring recovered in time for my holiday. 10/10 and will be back.

Would buy again
The delivery was fast and the ordering process was easy. The engraving was lovely and gives it a personal touch. Didn’t expect the chain to be so shiny. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

I’ve ordered from Alfred & Co twice now, both times exceptional quality. I can also confidently say the customer service is top notch. Not by the companies’ doing but my latest package arrived empty clearly tampered with during delivery. After emailing Alfred & Co about the issue they responded promptly, had a replacement sent out and delivered the very next day.
I would always recommend Alfred & Co.
