Alfred & Co. London Avis 298

Wanted to get a apology gift for the wife. Was looking at earrings in general at other sites when the algorithm popped up for Alfred & Co on social media with the fish bones earrings.

The looked good and seems very reasonable so I took a punt and bought them. Worst case I thought I could give them to my little cousin if they were no good.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality considering the cost and most Importantly my wife loves them and I'm now back in her good books. My kid has asked me for a pair too.

Delivery was pretty quick and I'm eyeing up a chain for myself. Pretty sure I'll buy from them again.

Ordered a chain for my boyfriend’s birthday. Albeit left it to the last minute but delivered in exceptional timeframe. Received with the tag engraved and he loves it.
Stainless steel but so shiny. My only grumble the engraving £7.99 a little steep.

Placed order on 25th of June. It is now 15th of July and haven’t received any item or tracking information despite receiving order confirmation. They’ve also taken the money out of my bank account and won’t reply to any emails or Instagram dms. Robbing b***tards with hurrendous customer service. Do not buy from this website!!!!! Convinced the good reviews have been paid for

Bought a chain as a gift and the chain has broken after less than 1 month of use. No reply to emails asking for support. Very disappointed.

Fast delivery real gold good for your money

I ordered a bracelet on the 8th of June, got the order confirmation and confirmation of my express shipping that I paid extra for! I haven’t received any tracking info only an order number! I haven’t emailed multiple times using their contact us form on the website and still heard nothing! It is now the 21st of June and still not received my order or a reply from any emails and I’m now £40 short without any item to show for it! I just want the item or a refund so I can purchase else where! Steer well clear of this shop as their customer service is shocking and they don’t even bother to deliver items !

A really nice quality chain and excellent value

Absolutely fantastic sent in and received in a few days and excellent materials. The product is definitely a 10 out 10.

I ordered a 22 inch chain necklace on the 9th June and paid extra for express delivery (1-3 days.)which means that it should have been delivered between the 10th and 12th of June. One day after ordering the item I received an email from royal mails tracking system, telling me that it was expected to be delivered on Wednesday the 11th June, however it never was. I then emailed Alfred and co TWICE regarding the issue and it is now Monday the 16th of June and I still haven’t had any reply from Alfred and co and the last update I had from Royal Mail was on the 12th June, and the tracking information said that my item was “sent to Mount pleasant WC Delivery office in error.” I can understand that this isn’t necessarily Alfred and co’s fault, however the fact that they have ignored my emails is absolutely disgusting. How can you claim to be a great company and then ignore a customers emails about a genuine enquiry? I probably will never be ordering from this company again, and I would advise everyone to stay away!
