I give 1 star so I could write a review. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my purchase. I have Sent 3 emails received a response this morning saying according to their tracking this purchase has clearly already been delivered to me, I have asked them to check and advise me where this has been delivered to as I have not received my purchase so they are clearly calling me a liar.... I am going to contact Consumer Trading Standards on Monday morning. I suggest others do the same where your service has been unsatisfactory.

Bought a chain and paid extra for the engraving. Chain arrived with no engraving. Company are not helpful and telling me it is engraved when I've sent pictures showing it clearly isn't. Very disappointed as paid extra and wanted it special for sons birthday.

So after emailing this company for the seventh time I am still being ignored. Having been accused of leaving fake reviews I then emailed the company using the new email address that they have provided me. I have supplied this company with my personal details that were used to place the order but they have made no contact regarding the faulty product. This is a awful company with awful service and quite clearly awful products as when things go wrong they simply ignore you.
