shocking customer service no update to delayed order i paid for premium no apology or reply to make amends, awful place avoid if you want a timely delivery & not get ripped off! i wouldnt mind if they attempted to help me find a solution!

I ordered on behalf of my 95 year old Mum a gift she wanted to gift to a relative - it's a dog tag pendant on a chain as an inspirational gift to be engraved as part of the order for use by a lady receiving on going medical treatment. The dog tag pendant is indeed very good quality unfortunately the engraving Alfred & co use is NOT the traditional deep engraving you would normally think of, it is not engraved deeply but I believe is achieved by laser - the result on the pendant they sent me is unreadable and useless for the purpose it has been bought for. It cannot be gifted to the relative and might just as well be thrown in the bin. I have emailed Alfred & co 3 times over this - the first email on the day received - they just keep saying personalised goods cannot be returned which if the product was fit for purpose I would not be asking to do - tbh I've looked in all lights at this pendant again the inscription is UNREADABLE! Alfred & co obviously are not bothered if they don't add me to their satisfied customers - make sure whoever you order engraved items from actually engraves so it can be read - sadly that's NOT Alfred & co.!

Fantastic service, received first order with in 2 days and then needed to return it as too small (our fault), received the refund once sent back in a week and ordered a new one and received that one really quickly, would highly recommend on service and the quality of the jewellery.

I have placed an order on the 21th December , paid for next day delivery and I got it on the 30th .
I have sent multiple messages to them but no response.

Item was ordered Sunday morning and arrived 6.30 Monday evening with free delivery.
The chain is really good quality.

Didn't receive my order yet it has been over a month and they don't reply to emails. I have emailed them multiple times and they haven't reached back to me yet, I think I pretty much got scammed, and don't trust them..

I always get my jewellery from Alfred& Co. - second to none for quality and value.

I purchased a chain for my teen. Within 5 days it broke. They lived up to the warranty and sent a new one. It broke COMING OUT OF THE PACKAGE. the quality is truly trash and not only will they not send a nrw one, they asked me to pay the shipping to send the 2 broken chains back before giving a refund. So I have to pay out of pocket to ship broken chains back because of your companies crappy quality? I also left a 1 star review on their website and it isn't showing there. Any company that removes 1 star reviews us not a company to trust. This shows their lack of transparency for ALL the experiences people have with them, not just the good ones.

Second time I've used this site, absolutely over the moon with what I ordered and received, pricing is great if you don't want to spend a fortune and the quality is really good, had an issue with my order and it was sorted within half an hour of placing my order, would definitely recommend thus to friends and family!

Chain snapped within a week, I've been trying to contact them for 2 weeks with no reply so no refund or replacement. Not impressed by this company

I contacted through email about my order but they did not replied any of my concerns because they sent my item through a rubbish Evri. My item still not arrived

Being honest and helpful certainly does not apply to this so called business they say they use a state of the art delivery service after a failed delivery I asked them for proof of delivery through a number of e mails which they sadly ignored I do not doubt it was never despatched but certainly did not arrive at my address eventually I was told as a goodwill gesture they would process my order again for which I was very grateful after about another month needless to say no delivery which has now led me to believe my order has never been processed at all in my experience they are not to be trusted just like their state of the art delivery service don't know why they would not be able to show me their proof of delivery so from my experience they are not to be trusted
