I was very pleased with Mr. Leon Shachelfords who check with me everyday until all my home security needs were met. Also to the technition that installed my equipment, he did a great job on training me on how best to use my equipment.

I didn't know that until I was runing a surprise fire drill at work and I couldn't understand why my home security sevice kept popping up on my phone when I was trying to call the monitoring station to put the system in test for fire drill.

I recently got installed the security system from Alliance. The team is great and will try to help in all aspects. Kevin explained me about the product and Leon offered me a good price also Mayo, technician who helped to resolve my doubts on the services.

Leon was great; after approximately three to four weeks of trying to get things in order, everything worked out to be Great at the end. Everything that was suppose to happen did. Bob was very nice and explained things to me on my level. So that I knew how to operate everything. I’m very please with my system and the both of them for helping me to keep my home safe.

We just transferred from Brinks to Alliance Security and are extremely happy with their service. Our sales rep, Shaun Richer, did a great job of explaining everything. We feel very confident with the protection of our home. Thank you Shaun!

Samuel Lovedie stayed on the phone helping me hook up my own system. He is quite knowledgeable and very polite. Did Not matter to him that I was a woman. He treated me with exceptional respect at my ability to hook up everything correctly. When Leon says hes gonna take care of things, you can believe that he will, and has. His attention to details of all my needs and desires for my home security, were above and beyond board. He is very kind and courteous, and his professionalism, is super on point. Another thing I must mention, about Leon Shackleford, is that he has the patience of JOB...because, when it comes to business, and the fact that I am a woman, along with the fact that I was a woman who served in a MANS military, has taught me to be stern, and NOT be a pushover. But Leon hung on in there with me, and delivered like none other...I have never seen better customer service since I retired from serving 20 yrs in the U.S. Air Force, and believe you me when it comes to customer service, the Air Force drilled that into our heads, until it was second nature. I have to also extend my gratitude for professionalism, kindness and courtesy to Kelly, and Joe Vandyke the installation technician. I thank you All. I recently purchased the iq2 system my system came with everything I needed to secure my home. The tech. was very professional and explained how the system works and helped set the system up on my cell phone.I recommend this system to any one that wants to secure their family and home. The cameras are very clear even at night. If you consider this system ask for Leon Shackelford this guy is honest and will go beyond what is required to make you happy with your purchase.I had a couple of questions after the sale and León got the answer that I needed within hours not days great person to do business with. Great system. Love mine

Alliance Security is also A WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING! If you decide to go with Alliance Security; PLEASE watch your bank account! Your monthly payment may be A LOT more than what you agreed on! While their equipment is "suppose to" scare off the thieves; HA! THEY are the BIGGEST THIEVES around! I became suspicious when my POC "Shawn" disappeared. His voicemail was alway full and he never replied to my emails. This is the salesperson who called me everyday on my cell, on my home line at my job! He called until the job was complete! WHERE DID HE GO? I've been disputing higher than agreed monthly charges for over a year now! They say they'll fix it....Noo, I'm still waiting. Also, don't open an "email contract" or an eSign, once you open, you automatically sign and agree to WHATEVER they put in it. I asked them to send me a copy of my contract, via U.S. Postal... I'm still wait for that too! Check Google reviews, BBB and BEWARE! It seem I'm not the only person....

I edited my post only to be more specific, and to warn other consumers. Alliance Security wants me to call their customer service... I DID! MANY TIMES! Still not resolved! For a single mom with a child with Autism.... you guys are real CREEPS!

I am very pleased with the system and Leon Shackelford. I have had alarm systems for the past 18 years and this is the best by far. And I actually received everything promised unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past. I highly recommend alliance and I am a hard person to please.
