I am a current customer for over a year. I do pay 85 with taxes since i dont put a price to my family protection. Had no start up fees and no equupment fees. Got 2 cameras 1 door camera 1 automated front door with keypad. Fire alarm with 911 calling sensors on all 4 door entrances and all windows they even conected the old window smash sensor i had that if someone brakes a window it will go off. Best experience i had so far. Cops comes in less than 10 15 mins unless you cancel. I am a super host for airbnb and i am constantly adding people to access the house. Up to 63 people i can add to have access at the same time. Tried installing secondary home with brinks and they have 3rd parties involved that almost charged me an initiation fee and then 525 equipment few that was placed by mistake according to them. I trust alliance all the way.

The Rep I spoke with Mr. Sam Loverdi was great ! I was part of there DIY program and it went very well. From beginning to end. I recieved all my equipment in a timely fashion. Mr. Sam was there for me 100% of the way during the install but unfortunately it was just a little to much for me seeing that I am 79 years old. With that being said Mr. Sam went above and beyond for me and wasted no time in getting a technician out to my house to finish the instal. I am very happy with my system and how easy it is to work it. Thank you so much Alliance Security & Mr.Sam.

I had the worst experience of my life with Alliance Security. I suggest that no one go through them. They scammed my brother in law who has Alzheimer's. Took money out of his account for two months of payment when he already had a security system paid for. I have been fighting with them for reimbursement. Someone by the name of John Extension 7020. Is the biggest liar, thief and obnoxious person I have ever, ever dealt with. Someone went into my brother in laws house and removed the panel without out calling for an appointment with us. So I was unable to be there when they took it out. Now they are saying they did not go to the house, When they told me they were sending someone out against my say so because they never notified us and they know I had to be there since my brother in law has Alzheimers. this John said he was going to send someone out anyways even though I said no not until I make a schedule appointment so we are there with him when product is removed. I threatened to call the police if they came to the house. I then recalled and made an appointment for when I can be there. Low and behold when I went to see my brother in law late that day the panel was taken. My brother in law said the guy that installed it came and took it, after I told them not to come when I am not there. Now they are not giving us a reimbursement since they said the equipment was removed by someone else. They keep stating it was not them. When my brother in law said it was the same technician. The story actually goes on and on. I am so incredibly angry with how they treated me and what thieves they are. Now they have their equipment and the money they took from my brother in laws account.

My experience with Alliance Security wasn't good. The service technician was great. The customer service was bad. The service won't work. My husband couldn't connect to the security or doorbell. I had a problem connecting to the security system. Cancel my contract and it is hard getting my funds returned to my bank account. They give you a run-around. The five years contract is also crazy.

Thanks to Leon Shackleford my experience with Alliance Security was amazing. He really stood out to me as an employee, because he assisted not once, but twice when there was a dilemma with my service. Leon advocated for me, and had set up a technician to come out within 30 minutes of my call. I'd also like to add that I had an issue with a technician who originally came, and he took care of that as well. Just when I was going to switch to another company, he changed my mind. I love this service, and will continue to stay with this company now.

The only complaint I have is it took a while for me get all my equipment and other than that I don't have any at all.Mr. Leon Shackleford was extremely awesome I mean he went out of his way to ensured everything I ordered made it to my house. He constantly communicated with me throughout the process even though he was enroute picking up his children from school. I'm really grateful for him and for his time and affords mainly he kept his word with me. Integrity is alot in my book I would definitely refer him to family members.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

We had ADT before Alliance. From what we're experiencing, we like Alliance more. It is easier to tell when your system is armed with Alliance than with ADT. We also like the viewer that allows us to see who's at the door. If anyone is thinking of switching their security system, give Alliance a try.

The installer was very courteous and professional. The only thing that bothers me is that I got caught up in his upsell and now pay more monthly than I planned. Also, the price I pay does not sync with the features on the plans listed on your site.

Personnel came and explained security system and made it so simple to operate. Both were very friendly and helpful answering all questions. The follow up by phone and the visit days following installation showed a genuine concern for us making sure that we were satisfied and assured of our safety.

Excellent customer service, the owner of the dealer company actually came to my home to give a consult, where do you typically get that service? They're team is available when I need them, friendly, quick and out to give me service within 24 hours. Best security company we've had and we've had them all, you cannot go wrong. My alarm went off and someone was there within minutes. Thank you for the incredible sense of protection I feel.

Techs did not removed their shoes and dirty my entire house . They stated that it was company policy.

I recently had a problem “resolved” by Allliance Security. While they did cancel my service in their system I’ve still been getting charged. The refund they issued was not for the full amount I was charged. No one still returns my calls even though I leave voicemails. My calls are forwarded constantly if I call more than once in a day. Like today I was told I would receive a call back in 30-40 minutes so I called back after about an hour and a half to see any progress on the problems that I have been trying to have resolved since before June of 2018. Every time I call I’m either immediately placed on hold then disconnected or forwarded to the voicemail of the extension I call after 2 rings. I’m beyond over this company and I’m looking forward to not having to deal with this company or any of their affiliates again. I wish I had a second set of hands to give them 4 thumbs down!

I am having a great experience with Alliance Security. Leon has responded to my calls quickly and he is very detail oriented. He made sure I understood the services and products, and that I ordered exactly what I needed. Dwight is on time and extremely patient, especially when I am indecisive. They make sure I feel safe and protected. The system works well, the online and phone access are very convenient and cost is reasonable. I love Alliance.

My initial experience with Alliance Security was really shaky. Contacting customer service is a headache. After installation on 9.14.18 I tried contacting customer services on numerous occasions to receive a voicemail message that the mailbox was full. Finally after emailing salesperson Tim McCarthy and calling customer service again on 9.17.18 I was able to speak with someone. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shaun(Dr). He was patient and polite when discussing my issues with company. He immediately offered resolution to situation. THANKS a bunch Shaun for your professionalism.
