Allied Pharmacies Avis 

Don't book vaccinations on website, pharmacy has no knowledge of them so it's a wasted trip.

The website lets you book vaccinations on days when the vaccination is not even available. Pharmacist was understandably frustrated. Luckily my journay was only 10 minutes, but it's a waste of time all round.

If you must use Allied Pharmacies, call the pharmacy branch directly to check days/times when they can do the vaccination.

Not the fault of branch staff - this company has the world's most useless booking system, where email "confirms" date/time that will never work and nobody follows up to fix this.

I ordered my prescription online on Monday afternoon and had a text from Allied Wednesday morning to say my prescription was ready to pick up...... Brilliant!!

not the first time that the health centre sent up a prescirption and have wait four hours for it to be put up after checking the health centre had sent it up by computer after it was on my NSH login and when I go to collect it they are short and told to come back the next afternoon and then wait for it to be put up the rest ,this time I thought that I would wait an extra few days to collect my pain killers as the walk to the pharmacy is painful enough at normal times but when you have run out it is even worse , after waiting for 15 minutes I get asked to come back later as the pharacist is putting them up now , three days without pain killers and I have to stand there and wait or come back later, I'm not sure whether it is the lack of staff or what there seems to be plenty of staff there but no-one seems to know where anything is they tend to go around in circles looking for bags of prescriptions that have already been made up

This review is for their Bridgend branch next to riverside surgery, merthyr mawr road north. The team there are absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they actually went above and beyond to resolve the issues I was having. Id like to mention Josie whose customer service skills are nothing like ive experienced before, any company would be lucky to have someone of her calibre on their team. An absolute godsend. Id advise anybody lookimg for a reliable pharmacy which can also deliver to sign up with Allied pharmacy. Thank you Allied keep up the good work

Twice now I have been given the wrong dosage medication even though it clearly says on the prescription 30mgs I have been given 20mgs it has even been put 30mgs on the label but the box and tablets inside both say 20mgscan this pharmacist not read and it just shows they are not checked

Received a eventual reply, which basically banning myself was done on ;reasonable grounds' - without explaing what those grounds are because certainly I was not aggressive, did not swear, did not shout, throw a tantrum, or chimp out - I was just straight forward, was curt in my dealing with the situation.

I replied to their email asking what the 'reasonable grounds' are, I am still awaiying a reply... well thats a shocker isnt it?

I think that what they want is an ultra safe place, maybe they should work with plants - just a thought.

If I could give more stars I definitly would. They are very friendly, very helpful and they deliver next day.

Other online pharmacies can take a week plus to come, and you cannot ring and order your repeat prescription over the phone yet you can take a peice of paper to them and do it that way which isnt helpful at all. Allied pharmacy, you can call them and do it over the phone which is very handy fir people that cannot leave the house for whatever reason, and delivered by a very friendly person also. I will continue to give good reveiws because it is 100 percent deserved! Amazing service, no hassle at all.

I struggle with anxiety and agoraphobia, and one of my therapy challenges was to walk to my local chemist to collect my prescription. At first I was terrified and had panic attacks just trying to get there. But the staff in this pharmacy were so kind that, bit by bit, it became easier.

They always greet me by my name, and every member of staff is friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful. Their kindness made a huge difference to me. What started as a frightening challenge has now become something I can easily do. I’m really grateful for the support and understanding they’ve shown. A truly wonderful local chemist

Due to the high pressures of public pharmacy requirements and a shortage of providers, I have recently started using Allied pharmacy in Market walk.I am diabetic and require a long list of speliast medicines.I usually have to wait 5 to 7 days before my prescription is ready to collect.I am now waiting 2 to 3 days and receive a text on the day it is ready!.They are a small and efficient team and I shall continue to support them as I am hoping that many other folk will too.We need to use them to keep them!!.

Excellent service from the team in the Romney Marsh pharmacy. I dropped the prescription late on a Friday. This was an urgent request due to current meds running out. They worked quickly to ensure they could order for delivery the following morning which was fulfilled and I collected. They took time to listen and do their best for me in a time if real urgency. I phoned the next morning and it was their ready. When I arrived it was bagged and ready and easily located and given to me. Unlike a separate unrelated pharmacy if been using where it was constant issues. I will now use this pharmacy going forward. Thank you very much to ask the wonderful helpful and friendly and professional staff.

The new Allied pharmacy at Sandown health centre (The Bay ) Isle of Wight are amazing. I cannot praise them enough. The staff went beyond their normal duties to ensure that my husband had his emergency medication the same day as requested. The chemist staff, surgery reception and the prescription office all worked together to ensure my husband had what he needed. I give 5+ stars to my local Allied pharmacy

Once again my regular perscriptions of apixaban, omeprazole and inhaler of Trelegy has gone missing. On collection a bundled up package only contained the inhaler. 2 other life threatening drugs missing.
You said it was not sent by the doctors. I rang them they said it was sent on the 16th and was with the dispenser. Rang back to Allied Pharmacy heavitree Exeter to tell them. Only the receptionist to say.

I have found Allied Pharmacy staff in the Lampeter branch very helpful indeed, and really appreciate the opportunity to discuss medication specific queries with the pharmacist, who really listens and is also able to offer sound actionable advice on some medical issues.

Visited Allied pharmacy today to pick up a prescription, I found the staff at this pharmacy very helpful efficient and polite, seating area available if you have to wait for your medication been processed

At the Grandale, Sutton Park, Hull branch. I find the staff very helpful and they make every effort for their customers.
