Cannot sing their praises more highly! After my surgery, with whom I had been with for over 13 years, dismissed me as a patient, all because I submitted my change of address online rather than going in person to inform them. Left me with no repeat prescription, I found a new surgery and registered. I informed Allied Pharmacy in Layton, Blackpool, of this, and I explained that as a consequence, I would be without vital medication. The young lady was empathetic and incredibly helpful, securing a week's supply of the 2 different medications rather than me waiting a week without them. The Staff at Allied Pharmacy are always ever so busy, yet still find decency in their hearts to go above and beyond! Thoroughly impressed with all of them. This is sheer professionalism at its finest! Well done!

Allied Pharmacy in Aberaeron, the service is impressive, first class. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The waiting time is very short, hardly any queue at all. Excellent experience.

Completely unacceptable
Had the audacity to slate all the GP surgeries to me other customers and his staff.
Pharmacist has the knowledge to look at a patient and hand out appropriate medication , this includes antibiotics.
FYI people — Drive to Grayshott and visit a decent pharmacist who is willing to take the time to see and talk to you.

Excellent communications and very friendly staff , Immediate response to any query a pleasure to use.

I work in the care industry and on Sunday 24th May, used Allied Pharmacy in Whitby (a client required help with several medication issues - an oversight when discharged from hospital). The pharmacist who was a locum (Amal from Bolton) was extremely helpful and personable. I can't complement her enough. In a day and age where not everyone fulfils their job role, it was a pleasure to deal with a professional. Many thanks.

I would just like to say how lovely and helpful the staff is to this pharmacy on M11 3BE, they help with my medication and deliver it, they are so understanding I honestly don't know what I would do if they couldn't deliver, all of the staff made me feel comfortable I just truly want to thank them all, as it just take some kindness and support and it makes my day as I struggle daily.

Awful pharmacy they got my details from the previous owners as I used to get my prescriptions from there before they shut down I then joined pharmacy 2u which I'm very happy with anyway allied pharmacy Cottingham have deliberately made my prescriptions go to them the first time it happened I thought ok a mistake and went back with pharmacy 2u but allied pharmacy again made my prescriptions go to them this has happened in total 3 times whatever you are doing allied pharmacy it's illegal I'm annoyed because I haven't changed where my prescriptions go it's you you've opened up and want customers but this is the wrong way to go about it if you keep doing it I'm going to report you I'm happy with pharmacy 2u so leave me alone please

Used there Fairfield pharmacy Stockton-On-Tees the staff there would rather drink tea than serve you.All the staff look so unhappy I will never use them again

Jab refused by pharmacy. Telling me I risk a fine. I am immuno suppressed, was not given Covid jab because he thought I was too young. The link was sent to me through my GP. I have been under the hospital for other treatments and the man did not understand what GERD was and how serious it can be. I am ill monthly because my immune system is poor. Currently suffering week three of Covid, breathing issues because no jab was given. Affecting my employment.

Allied pharmacy in Torpoint came to our rescue when Boots let us down for emergency medication having recently been in hospital. Very welcoming pharmacist and counter staff. Would highly recommend and they are open 8-30 to 6-30 every day plus Saturday morning. Fab

Would give zero stars but hey hoo. The Pilch lane shop have under prescribed and won’t admit their error. It’s like speaking to the hand. Can you speak to them on the phone No! This automatically brings up a red flag Avoid avoid avoid

Just had a horrible experience at Allied pharmacy, Jordanthorpe. My repeat prescription was changed by GP and the pharmacy still gave me the old prescription. I paid for it then checked to see if it was the correct medication while still in the pharmacy. Upon realising it was wrong l gave it back to the pharmacist and explained that GP had sent new prescription. They denied having received the new medication prescription. I went back to the gp who confirmed having sent them the new prescription 3 weeks earlier, gp also gave me a bar code numbers to give the pharmacy. When l returned they searched their computer using the barcodes l gave then and following this they headed to shelve, picked a pack that was already packed and had my name on and this is despite the denying having my prescription earlier. They then demanded that l pay again. Told me that l had to pay for the wrong meds they gave me earlier which l had given back to them as well as the correct medication. Will have to go without medication for a whole month as l couldn't afford to pay twice.

I regularly use the pharmacy in Buckfastleigh and it is always a good experience!

The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. I am always greeted with smile regardless of which member of staff I am speaking to.

The pharmacy was previously a Boots chemist and there has been no drop off in customer service.

This Pharmacy is absolutely terrible, no customer care at all. They even give false names. An emergency prescription was arranged and they forgot to order the medicine. They left my son in agony . They should NOT allowed to serve with their uncaring abrupt attitude . I am currently taking it further.

In this day and age good Customer Service is a rare commodity in our ever shrinking retail industry. So what a pleasant experience both yesterday and today when I visited Allied Pharmacy,Layton,Blackpool. The staff were pleasant, helpful and a credit to Allied Pharmacies. Thank you very much and I wouldn't hesitate in using this branch again.

co. needs to be upfront if they only want someone who's done exact job before . but didn't driver who's been doing it for 20 years have a day one ?
Delivery Driver

it had all my details to know if i matched job description. i felt i did anyway . but i got auto-booked on to a session going round with the delivery driver to see what the job involved. as it seemed that it wasn't the car/location i would be using/working i decided not to bother driving . i drive so often it was nice just to shadow someone briefly. based on conversation with driver it's obvious i knew areas well and am used to visiting service users in present work . but got impression from the moment driver's (young) boss saw me he'd made up his mind i wasn't the person for the job .. and within half an hour an email had been sent saying that they effectively were looking for people with more experience of doing the job.
They knew my situation already prior to meeting them . why waste my time going . tho how do i get the experience, i could actually fall into the job very quickly . but not given chance. only gave 2 stars (rather than 1) as the driver i went out with was fine and maybe if up to him i'd have got it . tho maybe he was just going thru the motions too .
already tried to get response from them for feedback for any future applications (in sector) . but of course no reply.
