Avoid at all costs! They take your money, lie to you, and cancel 2 weeks later.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Allnutrition (SFD S.A.) has been nothing short of a nightmare and a masterclass in horrible customer service.

I placed a small order on their website. The payment was processed and deducted from my card instantly. No delays there, of course.

After 5 days of absolute silence and zero updates on the shipping status, I had to contact their support team myself. Their representative replied with what I now know was a blatant lie: they claimed the warehouse was delayed due to holidays, but the package "will be shipped today".

Spoiler alert: it wasn't.

I waited for days. The order status on their website remained unchanged. No tracking number, no package, no communication. Finally, nearly two full weeks after taking my money, they simply cancelled my order. Just like that. No explanation, no attempt to make things right, and absolutely NO APOLOGY. They just casually mentioned I would get my refund in a couple of days.

This business operates like an interest-free loan scheme disguised as a sports nutrition store. They take your money immediately, hold it for half a month, feed you false promises when you demand answers, and then just drop your order entirely, wasting your time and nerves.

Save your money and your energy. Buy your supplements from a store that actually respects its customers, fulfills its obligations, and tells the truth. I will never buy from Allnutrition or any SFD S.A. brand ever again.

SOLUTION FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.

I ordered supplements from their UK website, received a notification that the payment had been processed, and that was it for any contact. After a week without any communication from them, I contacted the support department at sfd.pl directly because I had verified that sfd.pl manages the allnutrition.co.uk website. And after about a week of battling them, sending dozens of messages with my order number and payment confirmation, I received my supplements exactly 20 days after placing the order.

I placed an order for supplements from this company over a week ago. The payment was taken from my account immediately, but I have still not received the products or any tracking information.

I tried contacting the company several times. After a few days they finally replied saying that they had not received my payment, even though the money had clearly been deducted from my account. I sent them proof of payment, but since then I have not received any further response.

I also attempted to contact them by phone, but the customer service was very unhelpful and quite rude. It felt like they were not interested in resolving the issue at all.

At this point I have lost confidence in this company and have had to contact my bank to try to recover my money.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Scammers

If you're thinking of ordering from them and you are not from Poland, you better take your money somewhere else.

I ordered something from these cowboys, paid for it and a few hours after I got an email saying that my order has been cancelled due to payment not received. I have emailed them, sent them a screenshot of the payment but no one has replied to my email. Since then, I've sent 10 emails but no reply. I called their customers service, which probably is somewhere is Poland (they answered in polish) but they have no idea of what are they doing, their English is very bad also.

There's nothing left to do but to complain to Trading Standards and National Cyber security centre as I think they are running a scam. I contacted my credit card company and informed them about this scam.

The complaint process is unbelievable. Some items were missing from my package, and in response to my claim I was told that I should have taken photos of the parcel — even though it arrived in perfect, unopened condition. It never crossed my mind that this would be required as proof for anything.

It’s impossible to reach any agreement with them. I have reported the case to my bank to request a chargeback, as resolving the issue directly with the company turned out to be unsuccessful. It’s hard to say where the problem lies — whether in their security system, warehouse procedures, or elsewhere — but something is clearly not working as it should.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend.

Very bad

Bad. They send me an email after 2 days that a product is missing. I’ve advised to ship the order without that item, but 8 days later they didn’t shipped yet. 5 days ago they lied to me that the order is already with the carrier but i can see from tracking that is not even picked up. Now they don’t answer anymore

Chocolate whey protein no color or taste at all

I bought from All nutrition Whey Protein 2kg chocolate flavored..Absolutely no taste at all or color of chocolate. The powder is white color and strange smell..Only marketing but disappointed with this Protein powder..first and last time I bought it. Rubbish..

Excellent

I got my order very quickly. The packaging's aesthetic is 10/10, the powder's smell is authentic to it's taste. I got the cookie flavour whey protein (908g). I am very satisfied with this product. I also got a fat burner extreme, which seems to boost my metabolism and help me consume more water and boost calorie burning while exercising.
