I only found out about Allowance Assist by chance but I am so very glad I did find them. From start to finish the customer service has been first class. I received regular phone calls to see how my health was and how I was doing generally. The help I received with the application process( which is very detailed ) was exemplary. Everyone I dealt with at Allowance Assist was friendly and courteous to a degree and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Having been turned down for Attendance Allowance once previously it was pure joy to deal with an organisation that was both very good at what they did and were also a very caring organisation. I cannot thank them enough.

From the first contact I was put at ease .Friendly staff and did not make you feel as if you were in the wrong by making a claim for some help , I would recommend 100% I for one cannot and do not like filling in forms
