From the initial enquiry that I made to Allowance Assist, I felt that I had found a pair of 'helping hands'. The Allowance Assist Team were sensitive to my requirements, polite, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly I never felt like 'just a number' but rather an individual who was listened too, no question to big or small. They are so solution based and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I received a very positive outcome to my application.

Allowance Assist Service made things simple to apply for Attendance Assistance. The 32 page application form can be somewhat daunting and they made it easy. They are knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. They evaluate your needs and draw out all the information needed and then compile it in the form for submission. All the things that you wouldn't have thought relevant they pull out of you & use for the application. Their instructions & assistance are clear & easy to follow. Tonnes of follow up & communication throughout the entire process. With their invaluable assistance I received approval for payment at the higher rate & I am very grateful for their help. Can't recommend Sam & Chloe enough.

I originally attempted to complete the form myself but soon realised that I needed help. After getting in touch with Allowance Assist it all became plain sailing! The staff were all excellent and spent time getting the form completed. My claim went through without any hiccups and I very quickly received my full allowance.
I was very happy with the way everthing went and the help I received from the team, I am 81 and have never claimed for anything in my life, This will allow me to manage my bills etc.

I was trying to fill in the Attendance allowance form for my mum and not getting very far when I saw their Ad in People's friend. I took a chance and gave them a call, boy am I glad i did. Everyone i spoke to was very kind and explained why they had been set up, what the process was, and all the support they give. I decided to go ahead and a time and date was set for completing the form, a few days later the completed form arrived in the post with notes telling me where to sign/date and an envelope to put it in the post. Every couple of weeks I received a call from Allowance Assist to see if I'd heard anything, within six weeks I had the decision come through stating my mum was getting the higher rate which was excellent news. I can't fault Allowance Assist at all, they made the whole process so easy and stress free. Please don't hesitate give them a go you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. It has giving my mum peace of mind that she can get the things she needs without worrying where the money will come from, but it also opened the door to other benefits.

i was compleatly baffled on how to fill in my claims form for all i know it could have been writen in chinese, i felt helpless!!! then i came across Allowance Assist, if you feel like i felt , do yourself a favour and get in touch with them,it was the best thing i did!!!40 pages of forms ,questions all done for me ,and guess what ?i received from " attendance allowance" maximum benifit payable im one very happy person thank you.

My mother-in-law had been rejected for Attendance Allowance twice before we found Allowance Assist.
We had previously used Citizens Advice who were no help, and then tried again ourselves but both applications were refused. Allowance Assist came to the rescue and made everything so much clearer from start to finish.
