How can I rate my purchase when I haven't received it?? I ordered my racquet bag on 8/24. Two days later I got an email notifying me that the item was out of stock and asked me to choose an alternate bag. I chose one and returned the response. On 9/2, I inquired about my order. Two days later I finally got a response apologizing for the delay and was assured the oversight was corrected and my item would be shipped shortly. On 9/11 I checked on my order. It still said "pending". Yesterday, 9/25, I received this email asking to rate my experience. I checked my order this morning and it shows "shipped". Hopefully, this is an isolated case and your company has better customer service. But you asked for my experience, thus the one star!

Damaged Racket and NO RESPONSE
Just as so many reviews have stated, my racket also came to me with damage. It’s been a week already with no resolve. It took 7 days just to get a response saying they will look into it then a day later pushing me to the warranty department. I just received the racket damaged. Why wouldn’t I be offered a return label to exchange? No response either from there warranty department. There really isn’t much more I can do with there lack of a timely response. DO NOT BUY from here even though the prices are lower than everyone else. There is no support.

Chips and Scratches on Racquet
I bought a racket in February. When I opened it I noticed scratches and chips…disappointing. I placed a review here where I was informed to email their customer support (adidaspickleball[at]allracquetsports.com). So I removed my review and emailed them, expecting a response. I have emailed 7 times since Feb 4th to no avail. Radio silence.

I didn’t get my order but the delivery tracker indicates it was delivered to me. It was delivered to a wrong address that I don’t even recognize.

Misleading advertising
This paddle overall is not bad, for a stock paddle it plays well. But the paddle does not last long and trying to get in touch with customer support is just non existent. I’ve gotten no response whatsoever. But there are much better paddles out there at the 190/200 dollar price tag that are much better than this paddle.
