Not a good experience
I tried to make amends before writing this review but this company has terrible customer service. I tried to reach out three times and never got a response, since the pickleball paddle I received from them was defective with loosing parts and got damaged after the first use.

Customer service is terrible I tried…
Customer service is terrible I tried calling more than three times and they didn't pick up I haven't received my order it's been since December 1st and I keep on trying to get a hold of them calling emailing them and no response.

Unresponsive customer service.
I received an email on the 13th of December saying my order was cancelled. This was post notification that it was shipped. I reached out to their support. No response. I DM'ed them on Instagram. No response. It has been 5 days since I received the cancellation email and reaching out to them.
There was no mention of refund process in the cancellation email either.
