Alpha Defense CO. Avis 140

I think this company is fake. It has been over a month since I've gotten any information on the items I purchased. No tracking number. No ETA given on delivery. Just more sales pushing on the email they sent me. No info on what I already bought. Terrible.

Ordered on August 26th with 2 day shipping, it’s now September 12th and I have no idea when, or if my shipment will arrive.the last tracking update says it was delayed on August 31st. The tracking number provided Is not valid, it’s 22 digits long and DHL only uses 10 digits. Using DHL shipping services (bad idea from the start, I should of known better to ask if the use United Parcel Service) but no DHL tracking number. Beginning to feel like I’ve been had.

Never got my face shields. They make it hard to even contact anyone. Basically donated 20$ to a company for nothing.

I went to Alpha Defense because they seemed different. They said they were US veteran owned and some reviews say they sell American made items. I purchased face shields from them due to this. They are an SA company and send you China CCP crap. Bad bad bad. Shame on them. Never doing business with them again. Used the face shields to scoop poop in my yard and now they are rotting in the trash heap.

I got 5 and I love the colors and prints , but you get for what you pay for!!
Plain and simple and you have to double it so you dont breath dust and still you might catch it , and after the first wash it does start loosing his texture of fabric and looks old.

I give it 2 stars for the complements of how it looks ✊🏽 but the fabric needs to be better quality...
Customers services was nice and deliver was not fast time but didn't wait 2 long either...

I’ve ordered twice now. Love the masks. I got them 3 days sooner then it said I would. I will definitely order more. I tell everybody where I got them.

I placed a order and didnt receive all of my order. Tried several different ways to contact Alpha Defense. A nice product but do not order from this sight!!!

Terrible company. I placed my order on Friday July 18th and was told my package would ship Sunday July 20th with 3-5 day shipping. After a week and a half I reached our to customer service; they only allow "live chat" during business hours with no phone or email support. During the live chat it took 2 days to get a response and then I was told that shipping is actually 12-15 days (not 3-5 as the website claims, and what I paid for). After the 15 day mark I messaged again with a response coming hours later stating that it has shipped and finally sent me a tracking number that showed it still had not left their warehouse. It has been 6 weeks since my 3-5 day shipping package was supposedly sent and I still have yet to receive this product. With each complaint to customer service, im simply told its on its way, and when I finally asked for a refund I was told I'd have to wait until I receive the package and send it back for them to refund it. If you order from this company, don't expect it to ever come. Complete fraud.

I got the face shields within a week and they are a good size and are good quality.

Received my product only a few days late, the tracking service stated they would be late, and they, for the most part, are what I ordered. The only real complaint I have is that they put the wrong decal on.

I can't believe all these bad reviews. I ordered the buy 4 get one free. I received my order with fast shipping. I got one for the whole family and they love them. I would ALWAYS support a veteran based company.

My husband ordered beginning of July, they took the money quickly. But still no mask!
DO NOT TRUST THEM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If I could I would give them no stars. My buddy placed a order from them and never received anything and I placed a order and got the wrong face masks. I then contacted the company, they told me that they would re-issue the correct face mask. We placed these orders in Feb.2020 and still nothing. Customer Service is a joke. Anyone wanting to file a lawsuit against them hit me up on facebook because this company should not be doing this to their customers. Carlos Santini

dont bother ordering from them. The customer service rep flat out told me. "Its not my problem, order again if you want your product." they do not back up their products. and their customer service is a joke. i placed two orders, neither one was received. 1st order got lost in shipment. customer service flat out refused to do anything at all. no refund, no resending the order. flat out said that it is the companies policy. second order (placed before the issues with the first order) was marked as delivered yet was not delivered. again customer service was completely useless and refused to help in any way. i ended up having to report this company to my bank as fraud to get the money back.

Horrible! They never shipped anything. I disputed the transaction with my CC company so they then provided the CC company FAKE shipping info. They should be ashamed to advertise a veteran-owned company with such unethical business practices. Stay away and beware.

Took 2 weeks to get my 5 face shields. I like them but poor/Zero customer service. No phone number to call just a chat when they’re online.

I order last month and never got my order this is bad for the company plus this company is a scam

Reviews had me very worried! No one to contact, no customer service, no tracking number right away; but I'm happy to report i got my order, about 10-15 days after I ordered, it was correct, and these shields are sooo awesome compared to a mask! And comfy. Get better customer service alpha gear, but thanks alpha gear!

I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise because they are listed as a Veteran owned and operated business, on 7/24 and have heard absolutely nothing from this company since. I've messaged multiple times and gotten zero replies but of course, I still get their promo emails. I don't have this kind of money to waste. Seriously disappointed.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago,got nothing. They blame DHL, DHL blames Alpha Defense. Feel like I’m totally getting the run around. They took my money quickly though. I have regrets using this company. Lots of other options out there.
