I have received my iPhone in good time and it is yet to be used, as it is a present for my daughter. It looks in very good condition. SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! If i could give this 0 stars i would. If you do not want to get conned i suggest you stay away. Bought Iphone 8 - apparently GRADE A condition. almost instantly would turn itself on and one. then 38 days after received - couldn't turn on. Battle to get this dodgy place to fix it. I had to pay to return the phone to them and after deciding i would seek legal advise they said they would replace battery-how can the battery stop working 8 days out of warranty and 38 days after receipt. Received phone with "new battery"- phone started playing up AGAIN - turning off & on. I emailed them every time it did this -with no response and called but went straight to vmail. 28 days after receive phone with "new battery" phone has again completely stop working, heating up and shutting down then on and then completely off and won't turn on. Now cannot get any reply to my emails and call just goes straight to vmail and no return of call. Now,Im trying to trying to ascertain what is wrong with the dodgy phone AlphaSmart phones sold me. It is a one man shop and he gives different names-like Dave, Nathan & Michael. All same person and trying to scam people out of money. Tried saying it was £80 for a new battery -Apple don't even charge that! I will be going to watchdog, consumer rights and other outlets to get this so-called company investigated. They have not heard the last from me. STAY AWAY.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
