Very poor coverage on very expensive…

Very poor coverage on very expensive policy. said a/c compressor is covered but not clutch. didnt operate on labor time thru mitchell 1 program but used different software to acheive lower pay out. Would recommend this company to any of my customer that come to my shop. highly disappointed and feel terrible for my customer and his experience. bad company to work with.

They worked with me and the dealership…

They worked with me and the dealership every step of the way.even when we ran into trouble getting parts.they even authorized the use of a aftermarket part due to a backorder issue,would of been months before receiving the part if not allowed to use aftermarket part.the dealership even warrantied the after market part(parts and labor)for 12 months.i couldn't be happier with Alpha.although my car got dented at the dealership.i took it back and they repaired it for free.(it did happen on their watch).thank you again Alpha!Strongly recommend....

It’s what I paid for.

I’m giving them 5 stars but really, the plan costs $2300 from the dealer and I had a leaky water pump issues which would’ve cost close to the same price. So I really broke even on everything. But at least they fixed it.

I’m a retired military veteran who has Served 22 years in the Air Force. And this extended warranty is by far the best decision I’ve ever made! My next vehicle, I will continue with the extended warranty when I purchased my Corvette you guys are more than phenomenal. You’re awesome.!!

long timing to get process started

when warranty purchased - I was provided 'toll-free ph# 24/7' - on initial need to use, I called & it stated for roadside, I would use another toll-free ph#, stated it once, then hung up. I had to call twice because I had no paper/pen, nor expecting to have to jot another number down. When I did reach - I was on phone w. service person 10 min - verifying whom I was & that I had warranty - after 10-min, and he said it would take abit more computer time - I said goodbye and drove to dealership. I shared experience & they said this was common complaint & they would take care of it all... but I had to chance it, by driving 8 miles to dealer with 2 nails in front drive tire. Definitely not stellar process to get the service; long ago paid for in advance. I do appreciate that it was eventually approved and repaired after a 3-hr wait @ my local dealership.

It is not the best Warranty Program on the Market. Doe snot provide the best Service or coverage

It is very difficult to deal with this company. They offer a warranty and hardly ever want to maintain the vehicle and deny coverage on items that should be covered. The Warranty is under my wife. Lesley Garner, now Burks. It just seems so limited on what they would cover and now the Dealership does not sell that Warranty anymore, and I may now know why.

Thank you for providing the additional information so we could locate your claim. We appreciate your comments and would like to address your concerns regarding your service contract as outlined in your review.
We strive to provide comprehensive coverage and quality service to all our customers. We regret that your experience has not met your expectations of coverage on parts and systems for your Cadillac Escalade.
To provide some clarity, your service contract on this vehicle has processed seven claims, six of which were approved and paid for, totaling $8,984.11. The most recent claim was authorized for $727.75, bringing the total coverage to $9,711.86.
As you can see, Alpha Warranty Services has been diligent about providing the assistance you need under the terms of your service contract.
In your most recent claim, which we assume prompted your review, the following requests were made:
1. Right front axle due to a torn boot, causing failure
2. Front headlamp bulbs
3. Rear seat due to a rip
4. Oil pan gasket, which was leaking from the corners
While we were able to cover the oil pan gasket repair, the other items were simply not listed for coverage under the terms of your service contract:
1. Right front axle: Excluded due to a torn boot, as specified in the "What is Not Covered" section, line 14.
2. Front headlamp bulbs: Excluded under line 13, which states that lenses, sealed beams, and light bulbs are not covered.
3. Rear seat: Excluded as per line 15, which excludes upholstery and interior maintenance.
We understand that this can be frustrating, and we apologize if the coverage limitations were not clear at the time of purchase. We aim to be transparent about what is and isn't covered, and we continuously work to improve our communication and service.
