My stuff did take a long time to show up, however I do love the stuff I got now that it's here. One of my shirts came in the wrong size & they offered to send me a free replacement so that was pretty cool.

Wanted to put 4.5 stars because my shirt took a while to come in, but the final product is great! Feels very high quality and is the perfect level of oversized when I picked the size I wanted with the sizing chart. Support was also very responsive, I had accidentally put my zip code wrong and they responded within a day and fixed it. Definitely recommend!

I let customer support know about an issue with my order and they were willing to send in free replacements to ensure my satisfaction. Very pleased customer and I’ll be continuing to provide them my business of course

I received a wrong size hoodie. And the quality of the hoodie isn’t great either for what it costs. However the customer support is kind enough to send a replacement once I have send them a message. I hope they will send me a correct size that I have ordered for. Thanks!

There was a mix up with the product.i had an opportunity from the company for them to replace an order that was not right. I don’t know what other company would go out the way to make sure customer satisfaction was great.

The customer service was excellent, I ordered a hoodie and received it on a larger size than I intended, and when I reached out to customer service, they quickly offered me a free replacement. The response was quick.

Excellent customer service! Received a cracked lighted mask probably damaged in shipping. They were quick to correct the problem and sent out a new one. Sweatshirt was great quality too!! Definitely will order again.

I would not recommended this company. Order two hoodies both are not of the quality shown in the picture. Both hoodies are different fabric and feel cheap. One even has an elastic waistband and is clearly not what is shown in the pictures. Also, I got tracking info and was told the items delivered by the company, files a report with usps and they couldn’t find anything. Turns out they never sent out, took about 4 weeks to get 3 items. I emailed them to get a refund as the items are not what was shown and they arrived after Christmas so I do not needed them. Person who sent me the email did not know what I was saying and told me to wait as deliveries take long. Overall not satisfied with any of the items. 0/10 quality- do not buy here!

The item I received was not tagged itself, only the packaging. Sent me another one even though I wanted a refund (item still came much smaller than what I had ordered and was a variant of the one I had originally purchased).

The company then didn't respond to me for months so I had to go through my bank for a claim to, thankfully get my money back.

The company offers discounts for "mostly" positive reviews and above when they reply to reviews. And most of the positive "5 star" reviews I have found are almost a copy and paste sentence.

At the end of the day, it's your money. But in terms of quality, quickness, and communication, you can find better items from smaller companies/individuals to support.

*After the response* You responded to my friend's multiple times due to an issue with their order during the same time.so, unfortunately I know it wasn't a glitch issue.

I ordered in November and have never received anything. I’ve asked for a refund on multiple occasions and I keep getting the same BS email response that they’re personally handling my issue. They even sent me where they “resent” my order but the confirmation number was fake and when I inquired about it, I got the same BS email again. At this point I just want my money back and to buy from somewhere else.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Order was correct, took a little longer than anticipated but it was not a big deal. Hoodie material was a little thin but again not a deal breaker, graphics and quality seems good as of now but I have not worn the hoodie for more than a few minutes, just to see if it fit correctly. It did. Overall good experience

first off, i’ve yet to have any negative experience from alpha weebs. their customer service is excellent, the kindness is consistently prevalent. the quality is the only concern i’d mark on before your purchase. i recently bought what i thought was an oversized gear five hoodie for luffy, (all white with a blue hood) & just a heads up - it’s not the genuine oversized “look” with a wide base & arms, it’s just a larger hoodie than the original size listed. someone had gifted me a lugia shirt that was supposed to be acid was & a slightly better material, but the shirt was merely a cotton larger sized t shirt. if you’re going to purchase oversized, just take note it may not be as consistent as you’d like it to be. everything else seems accurate, & satisfying nonetheless. that’s the only issue i’ve had regarding anything in alpha weebs. other than that? you’ll be satisfied.

I ordered a sweater a size too small, and they were very helpful in offering to send a free replacement without having to worry about returning the other sweater.
