Bought items as Gifts that my Son wanted that we could've find elsewhere. After only a few wears, the logo on a t-shirt Started to peel away. Contacted Customer Support and they offered a Free Replacement! Great Customer Support from Alpha Weebs.

I had an issue with my first order and they fixed it right away! Highly recommend!

Received my order and wasn't satisfied with the quality of the product as it was not as described and the graphic wasn't centered on the shirt like the photos. I reached out to their customer service email and requested a return authorization for the merchandise. Their website advertises "easy returns", and a policy of 30 days from purchase date. Nothing about the process has been "easy". After requesting photos of the defective product, they offered to send a replacement at no cost, given that I come here to give them a good review first. So them providing any kind of resolution comes with a requirement of falsifying information so they look better. After I declined and told them I wanted a refund for the purchase, they stopped responding altogether. Do NOT give them your money, as far as I'm concerned, they're scammers.

UPDATE:
Received a replacement product in the form of a "hoodie", if you can call it that, it is paper thin. Same sizing and poor graphic quality issue as before, advertised as "oversized", fit is ridiculously small. On top of all of that, the product smells disgusting. Appears all of their clothing is just overpriced garbage. Cutting my losses at this point as it's obvious we won't come to a suitable resolution, hopefully this review will save someone else from making the same mistake.

I ordered a small and ended up getting a large. It's a shame because the quality is good but it's too big.

I ordered back in August (over 6 months ago), and I inquired about it a couple weeks after ordering because it was advertised as being fast shipping but I hadn't gotten any shipping notifications. They at least got back to me and mentioned some shortages and such causing production delays or something, but it's been 6 months. I'm not convinced I'll ever get it. I sent another email to customer service today so maybe it will make it to me... eventually. They were quick to respond last time, at least.

It took a long time to ship, to the point where I was wondering if it would actually come. And then when it finally got here, the quality wasn't great. The print on the shirt was grainy and the fit of the shirt was awkward. The color was off. I definitely wasn't impressed, but at least it showed up and was a real shirt.

Great customer service. There was a problem with the first shirt I ordered but alpha weeks immediately sent me a free replacement.

Order from them over a week ago this still hasn’t shipped I’m thinking this is a scam honestly I love the way they looked online but I don’t know if I’ll ever get them

Took a minute to get but I got them. They even fixed the size so the clothes fit better but they were still to small. I emailed them for a exchange but they decided to send the stuff back for free!

I ordered 3 Berserk shirts and this also was supposed to come with a “free gift” after spending $150.
So after waiting almost a month, I received 2 shirts…okay?? And the quality is just garbage, like I paid 45 a shirt for iron-on quality and it’s off center.

I reach out telling them the issue of not receiving the 3rd shirt or the free gift, and I also state that the quality is terrible. The only response I got was that their shipping takes a long time and to please be patient even though it’s already been almost a month. I never got the other shirt or free gift.

Don’t buy from this company. Expensive prices for garbage quality, extremely long shipping times, and the poorest communication I’ve ever had from a company. They won’t even give refunds, just spam you with “give us feedback”

It took longer than I expected to receive the order and to be honest I thought I was getting scammed. Apparently the address I put for shipping was high risk and they had to do something to resend it from dispatch, which I didn’t understand at all. I should have just been more patient honestly. After me sending multiple emails acting like a jerk and insisting on a refund, they responded every time, still kept me updated, and I received the order yesterday. They were never rude or negligent. I appreciate their business for sure.

I recently ordered their "Survey Corps Long Hooded Coat" and when I got the jacket I was so impressed with the quality of the material and construction. The size ended up being too big though, so I reached out to customer support to see if I could get it exchanged for another size. Not only were they quick to reply to my email, but they even offered to send me a replacement for free. I really appreciate how smooth they made the whole process.

Products are as described and good quality as well. They shipped and arrived in the estimate time. Definitely trustworthy and would buy again from them.

Great fabric! True to size! Delivery is speedy. The tracking to delivery is superb as well. It is my first time ordering from Alpha Weebs and I was a little apprehensive but not anymore. I love the quality of the Gojo logo on my top. It’s not an iron on image! It’s actually great fabric. I’m overall happy I ordered.

Took a very long time to recieve the order, and it was the wrong size. I was offered to get the correct size for free, but I had to leave this review saying I got it.
