Shipping time took way longer than original estimate. Item description was incorrect. Item size was way off. Support was non-responsive when I reached out to them.

I ordered one thing a coat for my son for winter I never got the coat matter of fact still waiting on it. Tried to cancel the order and the web site was taken down. Went back later to check the site was up but it would not let me cancel order a month later got a email saying my order is in transit and still have not received it now winter is over. Would not recommend this site at all.

Didn't receive my items. After months of trying to still no refund. They don't respond to my emails anymore. Don't trust them. We got scammed for almost EUR 60,00

When I tried to contact them to get an update on shipping information no one got back to me. Then when I told them I didn't receive my order and I found the order information no one got back to me.

When will I get a response? I want to either receive my order or get a refund and they won’t answer my messages through email to get either. They comment back on some peoples reviews but completely ignore me for everything. Don’t buy here cause they’re just scamming.

It’s a shame because my first experience with Alpha Weebs actually gave me hope. I placed an order on 2/14/24, and although it took months to arrive, I at least received a tracking number so I could follow along and stay informed. When the item finally showed up, the quality was great. In the end, the long wait didn’t feel like a major issue because the product itself delivered.
That positive outcome is what made me give them another chance.

On 11/20/25, I placed two more orders totaling over $120. This time was different. Weeks passed. Then months. No tracking number. No updates. Just silence.

I went back to their website hoping to get some answers. The only option was a chatbot that loops you through preset issues but never connects you to a real person. The tracking page on their website was also down, which only added to the growing concern. The only real way to contact them was through email.

So I emailed them on 1/16/26. I didn’t hear back until 1/21/26. I responded the same day, hoping to finally get clarity. Since then, nothing. No reply. No tracking number. No update.

It’s one thing for an order to take months to ship. It’s another thing entirely to provide no tracking number and no reliable way to contact anyone. At that point, it stops feeling like a delay and starts feeling like something much worse.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this store.

I’ve been waiting for my package since November. They still won’t answer me for it whether it’s info on getting it, or bothering to give me a refund. I just want what I paid for already!

Would give a NEGATIVE 10,000 if possible. Waited over two weeks on an update for my order I placed December 3rd, and their website conveniently "temporarily closed" right after I made the order. Filed a dispute through cash app and got a refund about a month later. Emailed customer service multiple times through this nearly two month ordeal, not ONE SINGLE RESPONSE. Just glad cashapp was able to get me a refund, cause I doubt I would've been given one otherwise. Fake fake fake fake fake.

This website is a scam. The shirts are extremely low quality and you won’t receive what’s pictured. The images are on cheap vinyl that cracks instantly. You have to send it all the way back to get a full refund which takes so long. Do not get anything from this website, you’ll be so disappointed.

The clothes I bought came in and did not fit, not only that but the material was very thin and also came ripped before I even had the chance to try it on. Complete waste of money. Do not trust this store ever.

I emailed them when my order came in incorrectly. They responded to my review here. Not my personal email nearly a month ago...that's not support, that's you trying to save face. Do not buy from this store.

This site is a scam. They send cheap products from overseas and then did not honor return policy.

The print has already began to deteriorate, I was lucky I ordered XL since it's essentially the equivalent of a M in this country which is the US. But I wanted an XL for an oversized hoodie. Also the delivery took quite long and just for the price I don't feel it was worth it, unfortunately. I appreciate all the updates for the delivery but I had to translate every update.

I got 2xl and it fit more like a large was very disappointing and was really looking forward to it but it got way to small

Terrible - total scam!!! Watch out and don’t purchase from them- I never received my order and no one ever contacted me after writing several emails about my item. Worst shopping experience ever!!!
