Delivery driver Anthony was brilliant, disappointingly the trickle vents were missing, which took over three weeks and two deliveries to arrive. They were very apologetic, but if correct procedures... Voir plus

Antony was fantastic and carried the window in the house for me, whereas previously when I ordered my French door from here it was left on the kerbside. Couldn’t fault the service of Antony.

Really appreciated having updates on delivery timing. Driver was most helpful and attentive to details. The delivery went well and as far as we can see, without unpacking it all, everything seems in good shape and as ordered. Thank you.

There was a delay in delivery of this by a few weeks. My builder went to their factory to collect it. I've emailed and called to discuss a refund of my delivery fee but I've had no reply.

Poor follow on service
Poor customer care. Advised some window drain covers were not supplied. Very unhelpful response and high cost. Clearly they do not want to encourage further orders.

I have looked into this and we received an email from you stating "Dear Team, We are very pleased with this order " but that you had some drainage caps missing, we looked into this but the order was delivered 3 and a half months prior which is outside of our timeframe for reporting missing parts (which is within the legal guidelines). We said we can still provide the parts for cost and shipping. I don't understand how that is unhelpful because we wouldn't provide them for free when you have had the frames for that amount of time. You also stated you loved the products so a 1 star review based on drainage caps is incredibly unfair.

Great quality and fantastic customer service
The door and window we ordered came on time and are beautiful and well made. The customer service was incredible anytime I needed to chat to someone. I will definitely use this company again and can highly recommend for quality at a reasonable price.
