What a great business. Booked online very easy and the staff super helpful. Bradley diagnosed my error in my Miele washing machine. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you.

Booked them online over the weekend to fix a lg washing machine with a faulty lid lock. I gave them the model and fault description. The earliest they could come out was Tuesday the following week.
The technician arrives with no parts to fix!
Spends a little over 5 mins turning the washer on and off.
Says it is probably the locking mechanism or could be main processor board.
I'm charged $200, Then he leaves!
Washer still broken!
$200 poorer!
Not even a proper diagnosis of the fault!
They should have informed me prior to coming out that they did not carry parts!

Very impressed with Always Prompt repairs. From the moment I filled in the online form to book an appointment for my fridge which had stopped working, APR were excellent. I booked a next day service appointment, with an option to have a same day appointment, if it became available. Online process easy to use and everything, including cost, clearly explained. Within 2 hrs a very helpful service rep phoned to indicate a service engineer was available in the next hour, it that was convenient. Within an hour, a service engineer arrived and fixed the problem. Impressive. Have no hesitation in recommending Always Prompt Repairs. Booking and communication, friendly and effecient. Service Engineer explaind what the problem was and how he had fixed it.

Thank you to Always Prompt Services and your team of hard workers. We had to replace a part in our dishwasher and APS were fantastic with sourcing the part. The part was kept waiting for the time to install it.

Although they were unable to assist me with service of documents (No fault of theirs) due to me not being able to give address, phone or email details of where to serve the documents. They went above and beyond to give ma help moving forward. Great team

I called on the weekend, got a call Monday morning as promised by the voicemail- got set up with an appointment that worked around my schedule, got a great run through of the process and possible fees up front- Steve called as company process, fixed the dishwasher within 10 minutes, gave me great advice and was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Do not carry spare parts. Takes weeks for them to order a parts. Admin/receptionist unhelpful and extremely rude. Do not recommend.

The technician Sam was fantastic. On time and rang 1/2 hour before arrival. Was friendly, diagnosed the issue promptly and was able to offer some good advice. Very happy with the service.
