My washing machine stopped draining
My washing machine stopped draining. We attempted to try ourselves but knew we had to call someone.
Absolutely accommodating with making an appointment around school drop off's and pick ups for me.
The two blokes that came out were awesome, honest and funny. Found the culprit a bloody bobby pin! Guy's were great about it and laughing when daughter came home and copped an ear full.

Excellent service
Sam phoned to say he would arrive ahead of schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the dishwasher and was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Sam showed care in his work and spoke with me about the issue and steps he would take to make the repair. Costs were discussed at time of booking and came to the price estimated. Very happy, will use Always Prompt again.

Fantastic service! I couldn't recommend more highly! Began with chat to Kelly on the phone about the LG washing machine. She was so kind, professional and helpful. Then the repair booking was within a few days. Before Sam (technician)arrived he rang to let me know how long it would be before he arrived. Sam and his apprentice were professional, polite and helpful. The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasant one. I thoroughly recommend. Thank you to you all.

Lucky to get one star
Lucky to get one star, today a service man came to look at my dish washer I told him it stops half way through and beeps continuously he asked what the screen said I said I forgot.
So he left 5 minutes later the beeping started on the dish washer so I rang the company immediately. Was told I have to pay another call out fee for them to return for the same problem.

The day you contacted our office to advise your unit had re-faulted, both the office and the technician who attended to your job initially, placed a priority on your job. In fact, your job was prioritised over incoming calls and the technician's next job in order to come up with a solution for your repair. After a quick investigation by our admin team member and the technician, it was noted that the error code presented after the technician left was not present on the day of his visit. In fact, he ran the machine through multiple test cycles and the machine did not fault prior to his departure. We are limited in performing peripheral testing and using test cycles to ensure you're not having to pay for a technician's time to observe your machine for a full 1-3 hour cycle. He had advised that if the unit re-faulted, to contact us and advise of any fault codes which may present itself. Once you were able to provide this, we investigated the possible causes based on the manufacturer's service manuals and presented these to you (unfortunately we could not provide these in writing as your emails were not operational). Our administration representative commenced giving you multiple options and tried to come to a mutual agreement with regards to costing. Usually if there are follow on issues, we waive the call out fees and charge a continuation of labour only. This, at our cost, minimises the cost to you as the customer. Unfortunately, before the representative was able to discuss these options with yourself, you commenced raising your voice in a confronting manner and hung up on the person trying to assist you. As you can appreciate, without being able to to discuss solutions in an amicable manner over the phone, moving forward for a solution is very hard. Great experience from start to finish. We were fitted in the same day for a dishwasher repair. Shanan was excellent: turned up exactly on time, and was very knowledgeable, clean and tidy. A quick inspection and within 10 minutes he was able to give us our options. Would definitely use this company again.
