Sold me a faulty Blanco oven element…
Sold me a faulty Blanco oven element that failed after a few months. Tried to blame the fault on me and the oven cleaner I was using, but it was just a cheap, after-market part. The replacement part we got from a more reputable company is still going strong. I would not recommend this company and I was especially disappointed with the spare parts warehouse manager who was the one who blamed the fault on us.

Réponse de Always Prompt Services
Hi Alex, We mainly sell high quality OEM, EGO Elements.
From what I can tell you purchased an element off us a few years back? Our elements have a 12 month warranty against manufactures faults. The element does have to be returned for us to test and inspect for a warranty claim. Like light bulbs, sometimes even the best ones still fail.
Caustic oven cleaners are the most common killer of oven elements.
It quickly eats straight through the outer steal casing causing them to fail in a short period of time, it is also a very dangerous product.
We only recommend using a non caustic degreaser to clean your oven.
I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience with our company.
Matt k ,great job.
Matt k was very prompt,as the name suggests. Firstly the young lady in the office did a great job ,keeping us informed on any time changes and very nice over the phone.
Back to Matt,he rang us and said he would be early, which was great. We had abit of a laugh and he saved our fridge/freezer from certain death. Thanks again Matt great job.

Smeg dishwasher repair
Ben came to look at our broken smeg dishwasher. We had attempted to fix ourselves (don’t recommend), which resulted in two problems, not one. Ben was super professional, identified the issues and had it fixed promptly - with zero shaming for us attempting to fix ourselves. Really happy with the service provided.

Great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly
Ben was professional, knowledgable and friendly. He found the issues with my washing machine and explained it to me clearly. Whilst my machine is repairable, I made the decision today to not proceed with the repairs due to the age of my machine and my own concerns that it would fail again in the future due to the age. But if have every confidence that should I have chosen to proceed with a repair that Ben would have been just as professional, knowledgable and friendly when he came back to replace the parts. Thanks Ben for showing great customer service today.
