Always Prompt Services Avis

Attended the same day as I called to request service. Ben was fantastic. He was really friendly and quick and did a great job. He also showed me simple things I can check myself if the problem reoccurs. Definitely would recommend the company and Ben in particular

Ben was able to quickly work out the issues with the Miele Dishwasher and get them fixed. He rang before arriving to check if he could come a little bit earlier.
When I made the booking, the process was explained well re costs, etc.

Something burnt out in my very old Chef oven and I thought I might have to replace the whole stove. Craig came on the same day I called Always Prompt, so they certainly live up to their name. Craig had quite a bit of difficulty accessing the back of the unit, and we thought he'd need to call in another person to help. But he persevered and carefully worked the oven away from the wall and was able to fix the problem and get my old oven working again. I'm retired so I've had a lot of service calls over the years and I have to say Craig was the most caring and competent electrician I have met, and he's a real gentleman. He went above and beyond to achieve a great outcome for me, and I am delighted.
I thought the cost was reasonable, especially compared to a new stove, and I'm happy to recommend Always Prompt Services and in particular, Craig.

Thank you for your service

Ben came to my home to determine why my condensor clothes dryer was not working properly. He called to let me know when he would arrive, was friendly and polite when he arrived. Let me know what he was doing and why, assured me that the issue was not due to lack of proper care to the dryer. Very impressed with Ben, his customer service is very impressive. Will recommend to my friends that they call this company and ask to have Ben service their appliance when needed.

We had Ben come out today 16-8-2023
for our Miele oven. He was on time, efficient, and explained everything that he was doing. No problem recommending him.
