Ben was great.
Fixed in 5 mins and gave me some pointers along the way.
Great guy to deal with.

Ben did a great job and explained what the problem was and how to avoid it happening next time

On time , detailed , and most importantly fixed the fault . Ben did a great Job

Just had Ben fix our Miele washing machine. He was experienced, tidy and helpful at explaining what to do should a similar fault occur in the future.

Ben was so helpful with our Miele Appliances that needed repair. He fixed an ongoing problem with our clothes dryer and thoroughly tested it, as well as our dishwasher. He was fast and efficient! Thanks, Ben.

Sam came round to repair our oven, he was quick and got it working again in no time. Very friendly bloke that was happy to explain what work he had to do to get it back to its working condition

Great service, quick response, Sam was very polite and knew what he was doing. Would use them again 100%. Definitely good value for money.

The company responded to my online enquiry withiin 24h. Their technician, Sam arrived on time and it took him less than 15 min to find the issue and fix it. Great service. I highly recommend Always Prompt Services.

Arrived right on time. The booking agent said between 10 and 11 and Ben arrived at 10:10. So refreshing to have a trade arrive at the beginning of the time blocked rather than at the end. Very efficient and friendly service. Ben explained everything clearly and gave some great advice on maintaining my washing machine. I would definitely recommend Always Prompt Services as they absolutely live up to their name!

Craig and Ben rang before and made a time to which they turned up dead on.
Did ymthe job as they had the part with them and even cleaned up when finished.
Thanks guys.
Brett

The guys were so quick, were sooo nice. It's great to have tradies like that come to your door, highly recommended to anyone needing professional service, being of a family trade background, you know good guys when they do their work. 5 star all the way, the girl on the phone is super friendly and helpful also 👍🏻

Ben was excellent and his partner, sorry Craig?? I'm terrible with names. Both knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Honest evaluation, costings and labour. Good tips on future care. The customer service team were so good, getting back to my enquiry and booking a time very quickly as well. They even phoned me twice with earlier opportunities. I've used this business before and have always been impressed with the service.

Ben and his team member (sorry forgot their name!) did an amazing job! worked super quick and did a full inspection. outstanding service !

Ben and Craig were professional, clever and hard working. They sorted my washing machine thoroughly and took the time to teach me some maintenance skills. I think they could have a side hustle in home skills workshops!
I appreciated the secretary's professionalism and process. I was impressed that they were available the next day, too. Will definitely be making these guys my go to repairs experts.

Ben was amazing! Kept working until the problem was solved and made sure everything was working great.

On time, friendly, helpful, professional, well presented

Craig was prompt as advertised, and completed the job quickly and effectively. Great job, thanks Craig

Thanks Craig. Very happy with the service provided, was able to find the problem with my washing machine and fix it at an affordable price without waiting too long. I recommend this company as they are friendly, reliable and trustworthy. 😊

Craig was really good. He was on time, very professional and gives us a lot of tips on how to keep our dishwasher in top condition. Completely satisfied and happy with his service. Thank you so much.

Certainly prompt. Also friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain the procedure and give valuable tips. Thanks, Craig.
