Additionally, we provide upgraded “Rush” services for almost all of our products. Rush services range from being in your hands within 24 hours to 10 calendar days depending on the product type. We even offer a same day “Pick Up” option in Houston, Texas. Amazing Wristbands offers a wide variety of clip art, custom artwork, colors, fonts, message styles, wristband widths, and product types to make your wristbands unique. We will gladly work with existing and/or customer provided artwork. If we make a mistake and your order is not correct, we will remake the order for you, free of charge.* We are open six days a week, and our trained sales and customer care teams are available to help with any questions or placing orders. We are open late Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 AM and until 9:30 PM Central time. Saturdays we are in open from 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM Central time. Our silicone wristbands are made from 100% silicone and are safe, hypoallergenic, and long-lasting**. Amazing Wristbands offers a large selection of "No Minimum Quantity" products and a low minimum (quantity 50 pieces) on almost all others. We provide digital design proofs before our production begins***. Design and buy your custom wristbands online with our wristband customizing wizard or you can give us a call and we can help you design your order by phone. We also provide custom quotes and we’ll provide a response within minutes during our normal business hours! Notations: *Incorrect Orders – If an order is incorrect and it is Amazing Wristbands fault, such as the wrong color, missing ink fill, etc., Amazing Wristbands will remake and re-ship the order as quickly as possible and at no charge to the customer. If an order is short on quantity, Amazing Wristbands will make and re-send the missing quantity as quickly as possible (however, we will not be able to remake the entire order). Amazing Wristbands will not refund any order that has begun production. Custom products, molds and designs, have been specifically created for each order and therefore cannot be refunded. Once a digital design proof has been approved by a customer, the design will be made based 100% off of the design proof. We use the Pantone Color System and all coloring is based Pantone colors. Some monitors and printers may reproduce the colors differently than the true Pantone color. If you have any questions or doubts, please contact us before approving your design proof. ** 100% Silicone - Some of our products contain add-ons and additional parts and/or components that are not silicone, such glitter, metallic coloring, metal rings for key chains, plastic buttons for the adjustable snap bands, metal and plastic for the USB component of the USB Bands, the metal core of the slap bands, etc. ***Digital Proofs are provided for all orders with the exception of No Minimum and Rush Orders. Should a digital proof be requested for either of these two, Amazing Wristbands will provide the proof at no additional charge. The reasoning for this is expediting production and shipment of the order. All orders that are provided a digital proof are also required to approve the design proof before production begins. Amazing Wristbands does offer unlimited revisions for the current design. Digital design proofs are only provided once the order has been paid for. Any cancellation of an order, which has not begun production, but has been provided digital design proof, will be refunded less a $25.00 proofing fee.Voir plus
