AM Car Parts Avis 

Disaster! They said it will take 3 days for the item to be shiped but it took 4 weeks, and the item is still on transit! they never respond to messages. Rubish!

Avoid at all costs!!!!! They are scammers!!!!!! They will not authorise my return and they take over a week to respond to messages. They are clearly buying for time until the return window closes!!!

Update: they responded as soon as I started a paypal dispute, funny that!!! I payed for the return and got my refund so I'll give them credit for that but I still wouldn't buy from them again.

I ordered an ‘in stock’ part thinking i would have the part well within a week as per most online orders, i was wrong. After a few days of inactivity i chased up the part and was told it would be with the delivery company the next day, this was a lie. 2 weeks later i chase the part again explaining that if it isnt in the post the next day id source the part elsewhere, hey presto the part gets posted. No apology or explanation. What a shambles

An amazing service. I couldn’t believe how quickly I received a Toyota RAV4 fuel neck ordered on the AM Car Parts website. Received, free postage, overnight from London to my address in West Cumbria. I would highly recommend if you want quality parts, reasonably priced, and quickly.

I ordered a fairly expensive car part from them and they advised me that there were two size options. The company were most helpful at making sure I got the correct one and when it arrived it was indeed correct. They were very helpful throughout and I was very satisfied with their service and the price charged. There was no extra cost for delivery by courier.

All went well and my car is fully operational again.

I have never dealt with a company like this they take your money and u don't get your goods for ages so u ring them asking where your parcel is they say you'll get it the day after and it takes 3 days because they haven't Evan sent it out for delivery worst company ever I do not recommend them at all , I'll never use them again I advise no one does

This company has not acknowledged or replied to recent mails sent to their “ support” address.
I can only assume they want people to use their £1 a minute phone line.
If I could leave a zero star review I would.

My Corsa Cross-member was bought from AM Car Parts at a very reasonable price and delivered promptly to my "preferred" location on time and in good condition. An excellent seller, would definitely use them again.

Ordered a large item (front sub frame) late on Monday at a price well below that quoted by the main dealers. As I had been late in the day ordering the part I contacted the company by email and was assured that it would be dispatched the following day. The item arrived safely at lunchtime on Wednesday having been sent by Parcel Force 24 hour delivery. This was a day earlier than expected, as the web had told me that a 48 hr. service would be used. It was very well protected and packaged and as advertised is a genuine makers original part. I am very impressed indeed with the service received. Thank you very much AM Car Parts. If only we got this sort of service everywhere!

I needed a rear sub-frame for a 2005 Hyundai Tucson 4WD, expensive part to buy from main dealer but AM Car parts supplied a new one with bushes included for half the price including delivery, part arrived next day. 1st class service, Knowledgeable staff, Great company.

Swift service from AM car parts. Ordered my rear sub frame at 4pm and it arrived at garage in South Wales the next day.

I was looking for Axle for my audi a3 2000 model and I found amcarparts.co.uk from google and they done the job, they way they said. I found them the cheapest compare to others even though i got only 2 offers but they were really cheapest with 6months guarantee for used Axle. Really great and recommended service.
