I ike the feature that allows me to see if anyone shut my alarm off if I was out. I don’t know why it keeps saying my back door was shut sometime after 10pm because I was home everytime it said that and no one shut my back door at that time. Someone did get in either March 18th or 19th but it was before my emails Everyone at your company has been very polite to deal with and has a knowlledge of how the company works.
ls were restored by Apple. (It’s been happening over 21 years-I know who it is. They worked for an aarm compny over 45 years.)

American Alarm has been great for our…
American Alarm has been great for our facility all these years. They call regualrly to remind us of upcoming inspections. They have a fast service response and are able to troublshoot complicated issues. In particular Serge has been invaluable. As of the last year the admins have been extreamly patient with our corp's migration to a new work order platform which has been challenging at times. I am grateful we are able to continue our vendor relationship with them.

I was contacted by Rochelle by email regarding my experience with my visit from the technician
NO RESPONSE to my negative issues with the problems I have been having since my cameras have been installed about 5 years ago. The techician communicated with the camera manufacturer during his visit, when he left all cameras were working???? then one (front camera) stopped doing live shots. ROCHELLE decided to not respond to my response and again I am left with paying for cameras that do not do what they are suppose to do,,,,,,,
