Please make more semi-tall! Im 6’3 and tall is way too long, Semi tall fits perfect, but the problem is you dont make a lot of styles in Semi-Tall.

Communication was great, the sweats fit perfectly, a very good experience.

Nice product but terrible return policy. As a tall person it is so hard to try on clothes in stores as they are not in physical stores. Was so happy to find a store that carried tall sizes but very disappointed the charge for returns. American Tall should rethink this policy and shorten return timeline if necessary but to charge 9.00 on a 40.00 item is simply poor customer service.

I love American Tall. The clothes are well made, fit great and are fairly priced. Wins all around!

I am yet another customer that ordered on December 2nd. A tracking number was created on December 9th and it still hasn't shipped. It is now December 23rd.
I paid for expedited shipping. They refunded that weeks ago.

As everyone else says, when you contact customer service they give you nonsense answers such as.. the carrier must have made a mistake with updating the package info... Which is not possible if UPS never received the package!!
I bought this as a late birthday present for my tall son, now its not even going to get here by Xmas. And I see no solution, because the customer service takes days to answer and do not offer any alternatives/ solutions.

2 pairs of shorts, both ripped in exact same location with very few uses. (next to back pocket, not even a stress point). Customer service was not helpful

Terrible customer service. Their system shows my items being shipped on December 11th but UPS shows they haven’t received them. Their system only has a useless bot for customer service which generates a ticket that goes nowhere. I will be disputing my charge if I don’t get the items by Christmas. Is this company a scam?

Ordered sweats for my brother for Christmas on December 2nd. The package said it was delivered December 10th, but nothing was left at my door or anywhere even remotely close to my address. I contacted their garbage AI bot for customer service. They gave me a ticket. 4 days later someone emailed me to repeat the same questions the bot had already asked me. And now here we are the week of christmas, no package, no refund, no communication. I'm starting to think the whole site is a scam.

Made an order for Christmas gifts for my husband in EARLY December. Order is still in Ohio waiting to be picked up by USPS about 20 days later!! This is unacceptable and so unprofessional.

I placed an order on Dec 1 2025. Tracking still shows that USPS is awaiting the package (19 days later). There's no way to contact customer service, all you can do is submit a ticket. This company has good clothes but if they want to survive then they either need to stop taking orders when they're overwhelmed, or expand their fulfillment and customer service teams. Their social media is full of complaints. The items I purchased were all gifts and I'm sure I won't receive them in 6 days. Absolutely unacceptable to not even contact me to let me know there are delays, and when I can expect my order!!!

This company sucks if I could give them a zero I would. I ordered my sons clothes early for Christmas, there was a problem with my card, NO one reached out to me, they use Amazon as third party and we all know they suck. I ordered women’s pants and the crouch was super long 👎🏽

Terrible customer service, The only communication channel is through a useless CHAT BOT which drives you nuts as it cant help. Companies should ALWAYS provide a direct email address so at least you know your email has got to them. My order was cancelled and refunded with no explination why even though they still have this item in stock. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

American tall fits amazingly well and offers high quality clothing. Their clothing is actually very unique in the details- from the choice of fabrics, to the cut of garments, to the finer details like stitching and closure quality (zippers, buttons, etc). Details matter! Fit matters! Quality matters! American tall encompasses it ALL. I have loved every single item I have purchased from AT. I am slowly replacing my entire wardrobe now that I know how it feels to wear clothes that fit.

Companies should NOT rely ONLY on virtual assistants and email only customer service. This drives people away when there is an issue. I placed an order and it was scheduled to go to a previous address. I reached out and asked them to change the address. Even though the items had not shipped the email stated I needed to cancel the order and redo it. The problem is (for this $425 order) that they then would not honor previous pricing. So, to resubmit the order, it would cost me an additional $175!! Uh, no. Working with anonymous CSRs via email doesn't work. They don't care and, while I have been a steady customer at American Tall, I will not be ordering from them ever again. Your decision to use automated customer service has cost you a customer and potentially thousands of dollars.

Horrible customer service. Started a return 10 days ago and I wanted to use return amount in Gift card while things were on sale and am being told that someone will be in touch within two business days, AFTER THE SALES ARE OVER> Never again. They just lost a 4 year customer. They are telling me that there is no way to speak to a real person, only the useless bot.

It's hard finding clothes that fit when you're 6'10". American Tall has consistently hit the bar for style, fit and comfort in the clothes I've ordered there.

The customer service is ridiculously bad! It said my top was delivered last week and I still don’t have it. It’s impossible to speak to anyone from the company. BEWARE! Do not order from this company! I repeatedly asked to speak to someone to no avail.

Great fitting sweaters and golf shirt. Very nice quality!
