American Tall Avis 

I am very satisfied with the service and I would like to be able to have my orders shipped via UPS instead of snail mail. It would be much easier to track my order using UPS.

I ordered a lot of new spring clothes this year from American Tall . Overall, I am impressed with what I have purchased! I get a lot of compliments on my updated wardrobe. Shipping times have been fine. I have not needed to call customer service for anything. I am thrilled that there are extra tall sizes for women (I am 6’ 1” tall, but have VERY long arms and legs, so I require the longer sleeve length and inseams). One thing I love is that I recently made a purchase and had an opportunity to fill out a survey regarding American Tall product, and what I’d like to see from the company in the future. I was so excited to give my feedback, and hope it helps this company continue to grow! Possibly my only complaint against American Tall is that a lot of the product they offer goes out of stock in my size and then is never again available again. Maybe Medium-size 8 extra tall tops and 29 extra long pants are just very common sizes in the tall community. They just go out of stock quicker than other sizes, then the stock is not replenished. As a result, I struggle to get wardrobe basics in the colors I like. Otherwise, no major complaints. Thank you, American Tall!

I love the softness, how the material hangs, and the fact that they have pockets. My leg length is a tad short for many of the products on this site (inseam 32-33"), so they're just a bit longer than I prefer. I knew that I'd have to adjust the pants by hiking them up a bit or hemming.

I have bought several different garments from American tall, all fit great as they should and the fit and finish is exellent, never disappointed.

The clothing I've bought from this company has arrived without issue, but I am unable to leave a review on their website. I've tried several times from different web browsers and the UI to submit a review simply doesn't respond. This leaves me unable to leave a critical review of some clothing I purchased.

What a joke! I ordered $200+ in shirts in hopes of finally finding a vendor that I could count for clothes that fit.
Not only did they take 10 days to ship it but the order was 100% wrong!
Then instead of taking responsibility for it we had to repackage the order, PAY for shipping to get my money back!
NEVER AGAIN, I will shop at Walmart first and I hate Walmart!

As someone who’s always struggled to find clothes that actually fit a taller frame, American Tall has been an absolute game-changer. Their sizing is spot-on — long enough in the sleeves, inseams, and torso without being baggy or oversized. The quality of the fabric is consistently excellent, and everything I’ve ordered feels thoughtfully designed and built to last.

Shipping is fast, customer service is responsive, and the entire shopping experience feels tailored (no pun intended) for people like me who usually get overlooked by mainstream brands. I’ve now made multiple purchases and I’ve loved everything from jeans and joggers to button-downs and hoodies.

Highly recommend American Tall to any tall individuals tired of compromising on style or fit. This brand gets it.

This company cuts corners by utilizing a bulk shipping consolidator in Canada to fulfill orders, causing extreme delays in receiving your package. Their posted shipping times for the U.S. are incorrect. They will say there's customs congestion at the border but in reality, your package hasn’t even left their warehouse. I have no idea when I'll receive my package.
If you value transparency, timeliness, and honest customer service, I recommend ordering elsewhere.

I paid extra money for what appeared to be expedited shipping. There is no phone number at all available to contact American Tall when you realize your merchandise isn’t even being shipped. I was able to fill out an online form and three days later finally got a useless response about the fee only applying to “signature required packages”, but mine still hasn’t shipped. They want five business days before I start complaining, but it’s been over 7 business days and still nothing has shipped. I wanted these clothes for a special occasion, but definitely won’t get in time. So disappointing they have zero customer service available. The previous clothes we’ve ordered are 50/50 on quality. The jeans are hard as a rock fabric, and the sweatpants a little too tapered at the ankle ( they ride up and are too tight to pull down, so stick to your calf like you’re waiting for a flood), but the lightweight golf shirts were okay. Someone get them some real employees and fix the system to contact someone and ship faster!!!!

A go-to for tall fashion—with a few caveats

As a 6'3" woman, finding stylish, tall-friendly clothing has always been tough, but American Tall has been a welcome change. I’ve really liked most of the pieces I’ve gotten from them—especially when it comes to length and style. It's also refreshing to see a tall brand offer actual color options instead of just black and white all the time.

That said, I’ve noticed some variation in quality over time. Their earlier collections felt more consistent, while recent purchases have been a bit hit or miss. Still good overall, but I’d recommend checking the product reviews on their website before buying.

Sizing-wise, I find their tops run oversized and their bottoms slightly snug, so definitely check the size charts and, if you can, follow them on Instagram. Their ambassador program is super helpful—real people showing what they got and what size they chose, which makes sizing easier to navigate.

Shipping has been decent for me, though I haven’t ordered anything recently post-tariff situation. All in all, I’m glad a brand like this exists for tall people—just be a thoughtful shopper and you’ll likely find some great pieces.

I am extremely happy I found American Tall!! I started with their long sleeve tees, and I was hooked when they had an EXTRA tall sleeve length option! Their long sleeve shirts are my absolute favorite-I have about 6 of them!

A few months back, I was selected to join their Ambassador program, which I am thrilled to be a part of! With that, I’ve gotten to try more clothing options-dresses, PJ pants, jeans, and jackets. I’ve loved most everything…the jeans didn’t quite fit me the way I liked (the high waisted jean was too high for my torso) but I’m going to give them another try!

I’ve also bought clothing for my sister and mom, and they love the extra length that American Tall clothing provides. I am so glad I found this brand!!!

Every item I've bought thus far is always the right fit for my arms and legs! I love AT!

So comfy , fit well and what a lovely change to have a little extra room on the left length. I'm a new fan of American Tall ❤️. Prompt service.

 

Need to contact someone ?! Goood luck no phone numbers to talk to someone and their customer service hours are limited. Ordered a suit. Came in needed to exchange it. We were told it wouldn’t take any longer then 5-8 days which was perfect because we needed it for an event. Suit finally showed up a month after they guarantee it to be there for the event. Now we get to deal with a hassle of a refund because the event was missed. Will not order off here again.

I am so delighted to have found American Tall. It has been extremely challenging to find comfortable and still stylish clothes in the lengths needed for my height and American Tall checks all the boxes. Extra long lengths, great basic styles, quality fabrics.

I absolutely love that there is FINALLY a clothing brand that makes high quality and tall friendly clothing! I am slowly switching all of my work and casual wear wardrobe to American Tall. My favorites are the classic trousers and the bodysuits for easy layering. I hope they keep stocking additional styles and colors because I will keep buying more.

Took about a MONTH to receive my order AND two of 6 items were not there. They issued a credit BUT I wanted the items. NOT GOOD !! IF in no hurry and don't care if you get everything you order clothes is great,

True to fit as stated very comfortable and just the right length I have been in search of
