My agent - KRISTOPHER HERBST
My agent, Kristopher Herbst, is fantastic to work with. He patiently waited for my approval for Social Security/Medicare so he could help me with selecting a good supplement plan that fits my needs. He waited a long time (more than 3 months!) and kindly checked in with me frequently to see how I was getting along with my application. Today, it finally was time for him to help me. I am so thankful for Kristopher's assistance. I would give him 62 stars if I could! He is a great asset for your company. He is kind, very helpful, and most of all patient. I went to the Americo website to get a quote for a Medicare Supplement.
I went to the Americo website to get a quote. I was impressed that it was one of only 3 companies, out of about 40 that gave a quote online. Within minutes of agreeing to receive a call from an agent, I got a call from a very knowledgeable and efficient agent, Jacob Kerns. I was happy with the telephone interview and question/answer process to get enrolled.
