Just want to say that no matter what the situation or information that is needed this insurance company is very informative, patient, listens to policy holders and is always pleasant no matter who takes the call. I am really thankful to have them as my insurance company. I also want to say a big THANK YOU to the customer service represenative Pauline Holloway that helped me as she was informative to all my questions, graciously helpful, patient and an absolute delight and pleasure to speak with.

Canceled my policy
Tried canceling my policy for 2 months because found better deal at The Hartford. Had to send declaration page, hand written note stating reason of cancelation for the to "review". I was told that my new policy had to be same or better in order to get canceled. Now I have to wait THREE WEEKS before I get my money back, because that is their company policy.

Getting Clarification & Reassurance
I called anchor to get information or clarity re: offer to transfer coverage. I spoke to Pauline. She answered all my questions regarding the matter and then some. She was very professional,
courteous and patient from beginning to end. I feel more comfortable about choosing anchor for my automobile insurance.

Pauline Holloway was amazing and knows her stuff, she knows what she’s doing. Very professional and friendly.
I would like to add something for the company that they’re making our system not to be compatible so we don’t make a payment online so we pay there $8 fee so they make more money which is not fair specially during these times we are going through with covid19.
