Poor customer service and poor products
I’ve messaged them 3/4 days for two pumps that’s broke after lees the two weeks of function and they not replying or trying to solve the problem

Good Morning,
Sorry if I had not replied to your last message on WhatsApp quick enough.
You had run 2 x DAB Jet pumps dry and melted the internal plastic parts.
1st pump I managed to help you get going, 2nd is completely overheated and destroyed, I cannot help with that, sorry.
I urge people to either use a professional installer or use Google, AI or YouTube to learn about pump installation.
You had installed these pumps against regulations and manufacturers design, hence they melted!
If you needed a new pump we have stock.

My mum’s water pressure was about 6 bars and the shower would trickle so washing was the worst experience and would take forever. With the water pressure booster the pressure has increased to 9 bars and you definitely feel the difference. I had the pump fitted by a plumber though, who was skeptical, even he was impressed!

Glad the WaterBoost worked so well. I think some plumbers are so used to just selecting what they see in local stores but if they did online research like end users they would find new amazing products.

Anglian Pumping Services have absolutely awful customer service, as in there just isn't any.
Looking back through their feedback you'll find a very similar trend through 2026, with the MD's response to either be essentially they're doing great without your business or it's probably your (the customers) fault.
Best avoided at all cost.
FYI there are other companies nationwide that sell the same/very similar products and will price match, in fact having literally just purchased from up north and mentioning this ridiculous company I saved £40.
